For years we have allowed the Government to come in and control our public school system and through the assistance of the Leftist Marxist/Communist Teacher's Unions who for the most part are Humanist anti God, Anti Capitalism, Anti Founding Fathers and may I add anti traditional Values along with pro Abortion and pro Gay Radical activism.
WHICH HAS RESULTED IN A MAJOR POLITICAL SHIFT and an overthrow of allowing Parents to control our own children. Raising them up to be tomorrow's Radical leftist who will not embrace Conservative values and have resulted in the election of a Non American illegal Radical Domestic Terrorist who has hijacked our Gas Pumps, Trashed our Economy and has brought America to it's knees without firing a single shot.

I'd rather not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Without any federal government then states, counties, cities or towns would criminalize various minorities and their civil rights and privileges. Infrastructure would suffer far more than it already is. The list of woes would be long.

We have to address problems at their roots, otherwise you're forever whacking at stuff that just keeps on growing back, growing back, happening again and again...

Corporatism and it's parent, financialization, got a hold of our federal government and have ruined it to a fantastical degree, I'll give you that, but getting rid of the federal government would mean the 1 percent would find ways to power grab at the state level worse than they already have and still are (like with the Koch Brothers in WI).

Learning Lifestyles, Sustainable Movements And Going Upstream of the Problem

The answer is not to fully dismantle and do away with the federal government but to commence with various slow movements that act as tributaries to a larger paradigm shift.

Go upstream of the problem and become/create the people that will, in time, infiltrate and become part of the system and change it for the better. Do this en masse and never believe that public school systems are the extent of education. Learning has to be a lifestyle choice, not just up to government run schools or even the best private schools.

To do this, we have to understand equality, emotional violence, reciprocity and love far more than we do now.

I do not like the fact that we spend more on our military than the rest of the world... combined (almost... 44% of the world's WMD expenditure), that we incarcerate more of our population % than any other nation in the world (war on drugs = massive, massive failure), our bipartisan politics are a sham, etc, etc... Look... some of my most favorite people on SH are libertarian, but some of them seem to believe that social prejudices simply do not exists, or at least shouldn't be bothered with. NO I disagree with getting rid of the Federal Government. However I do believe that

THIS IS THE WAY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE:

MY 45 POINTS

1. We need to get rid of the Over regulation that kills business growth
2. We need to get rid of the Corruption in Government
3. We need to reduce the size of Government
4. We do need to close the EPA
5. We do need to Close the Department of Education and give that power back to the
States
6. We need to stop funding Countries that hate us
7. We need to grow our Military Defense so that No other Country will even consider
attacking us.
8. We need to give back to the States, Thousands of acres of land that the Federal
Government took away from the States
9. We need to get rid of Homeland Security and let the NSA and the CIA do their Job
10. We need Term Limits to two terms only and that they will not be paid massive amounts
when they retire and go back to their states
11. The money that is taken out for Social Security will not.....Will Not be touched for any
other purpose.
12. Illegals Will not receive Free medical, unless his/her life at risk, and the cost will be
passed on to that Country where he is a Citizen.
13. Illegals will not get Free Education because they will be finger printed and returned
and if they are found in the Country again, they will be arrested and serve time
14. The Federal Government will get rid of the Over environmental Regulations and not
waste Federal Dollars on Global Warming BS.
15. All Federal Employees who abuse Tax Dollars will go to Prison and will use hammers
breaking Concrete for no less than ten years
16. The National Debt will be balanced and if it is not, both the House and Senate will take
a pay Cut equal to 2/3 of their yearly pay until it is balanced. This will prevent them
from wasting Taxpayers money on stupid bills
17. It is not the Government's responsibility to provide you with a job. It is your
responsibility to educate yourself and look for a Job
18. Veterans who are disabled should not have to wait years for medical disability and if a
claim shows that there is a disability, the process will be speeded up to assist them
19. The United States will no longer have the UN on it's Shore and will be given up to five
years to re-locate. The United States will no longer pay into the UN because it is bias
and anti-American
20. Those Nations like North Korea, China, Russia, and others who threaten the United
States will be at risk of being transported back to the 1800's
21. All Presidents will not be exempt from being arrested if they are found to have
committed Treason
22. Everyone running for any Public Office will produce and show both an ID and Birth
Certificate
23. All Americans voting will go to Finger Print Technology when voting because
Everyone's finger print is different and none are alike
24. There should be a review of the Federal Regulations one a year and any found that
that exploit or abuse private businesses and the promotion of Capitalism and the Free
market will be removed from the Federal Books
25. Abortion will be outlawed as Murder except in the case where the mother's life is in
danger
26. Those running for office will not have been associated with in the past or currently a
member of any Communist, Socialist, or Marxist Party and in doing so does not violate
the Constitution because it protects the Constitution from those who would overthrow
what the Founding Fathers established
27. No Government agency or state will stop any American Citizen from the free exercise
of his religion. He/or she will have Every right to pray in public or in private and will not
be stopped in Public schools either
28. Unions will be allowed to exist but Americans will not be forced to join if they do not
want to
29. Illegals will not be allowed to collect any State or Federal Funds but will be returned
when found in the country illegally (See # 12-13 above)
30.Medical care funding will not require those on Social Security Disability to wait two
years to collect.
31.The Federal Government will reduce it's size and not get involved with Public
Corporations nor will Federal Tax Dollars be used to bail out any Company Period.
You either manage your Company or fold and let the competition replace you
32. Those who serve in the Military are our Nations Hero's and Everyone who served for 6
years or more will be entitled to a 20% saving on Taxes each year when they file.
33. Government will not provide Medical Care but that responsibility will be left to the
States
34. GSA will be closed and no Federal Employee will think that because he is a Federal
employee, that he has a job for life. NO!
35. Some Departments will stay but it will be up to the House and Senate to decide that.
36. TAXES---- The IRS will be overhauled and the Code will be reduced. Death Tax will be
removed and mortgage Credit and Renters Credit will be saved.
College Education helps job growth and the cost of education will be frozen and all
College loans will be low or no interest to American Citizens Only.
37. The Rich will not be abused because they have achieved wealth but will be taxed fairly
because it is the rich that do assist in growing the Economy
38.Those who have reached the age of 65 will no longer pay any Federal Tax to the
Government because they did that all their life and it will be the decision of the
government to make their last years comfortable and stress less for them.
39. Companies who decide to move Overseas to take an advantage of overseas savings
will be taxed as if they are a foreign Company when their main office is overseas
40. It will not be the place for the Federal Government to tell any Farmer what He or she
can or can not grow on his land unless it is illegal
41. The Constitution gives Citizens the right to arm themselves and that right and over
regulation will not be deprived from them. The Federal Regulations and State
Regulations will be reduced. HOWEVER: When any person is convicted of a crime
using a gun and it was found that the person was killed and He is found guilty, the
sentence will be no less than 40 years unless appealed
42. Federal Judges will judge by the law and will not judge on the basis of their own
political views. Judges found to have abused their office will be arrested, sever time
and will provide Community Service to the very ones they injured.
43. The United States will not rely on Overseas oil and the fact that there is Trillions of
Barrows in the united states, the U.S. will Drill Baby Drill and that includes Off shore
too
44. The United States will not abuse our friendship with other Nations like Israel like what
is being currently done by the Obama Administration.
45. RACE WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO BE USED AS AN EXCUSE, Everyone who
lives in the united States, Black, Brown, Yellow or green are American citizens and
entitled to the same fair treatment as everyone else.

Though I mostly agree with what you said, I would like to point out some things that abandon the greater good mentality most of this had. I will simply list the number in question, then what my opinion of it is.

25.Supporting the founding father's dedication to personal freedoms and liberties most of the way, then taking it away for religious views is wrong of anyone. Remember, the freedom most protected is the roght to religion of choice, and equally, the lack there of one if you so choose. Also, including in the cases of rape and molestation is probably a good idea.

27. Public schools are not just an educational experience, they are a social experience as well. To alaianate a child because a teacher begins a prayer, and others chime in, to allow that social gap and labeling to even begin, is irresponsible to say the least. The environment of any school should promote equal sense of learning and social adeptness, not for religion or political views down their throats.

32. G.I.'s do get bonuses for signing up. There are clubs they join and civil groups that help support them already in place. As for being our heroes, not so much. I know that probably offends a lot of people, but they haven't fought a war I agreed with, or a conflict either, since WW2. My parents weren't even born since the last time I supported war.

And finally, 35. If something to help us was what any branch of government was concerned about, then this would already happen. This simply will not work because the problem is the government, so giving any power invites the continued corruption.

Otherwise, wow, great job! Many of these thing would work. It seems people are smarter than their government takes them for.
