Although, I don't think I would dump it all together. Perhaps, a little reorganizing would be a better choice.
However, the DE could also use some editing as well.

Purely either or situation, I'd get rid of the UnEducation Department. But in my ideal world 2/3 of federal government agencies would be gone. We have a blueprint for our federal (not national!) government, its called the Constitution. What we have today is sort of like the Winchester house - room after room added with no logical plan or reason. Its a total mess. Strip it down to the foundation and rebuild it using the original plans.

It is engineering the insane GARBAGE that our kids are subjected to since Jiminy Carter took David Rockefeller's money and imprimatur to ruin our nation's highest office.
The TSA inures Americans to being abused by government thugs, and is also intentional.
It ALSO must go.
