I would'nt really think anything much of it. Most of my neighbors have medium to large gun collections. Aside from just the desire to have the guns, they are actually a really good investment which can be liquidated easily when a person needs a little extra money, now and then. Plus, being a rural southern area, hunting is a major interest. Some of my neighbors may have a few of the assault styled weapons. Mostly just for the novelty of it I honestly think. By and large the bulk of the collections owned by people I know are geared towards hunting.

I have a friend with a large collection of guns, and he takes care of them. He is a collector of guns, handguns and rifles. I would always let him alone with them. They are his "babies."

Naturally I'd want to see what he's got. Maybe he's got some cool collector weapons, like a M-1. Terrible weapon by todays standards what with it's odd reloading but it was awesome back in the day.

I would be curious to know if the guns were legal. If they were legal I would respect their rights to own them, but I would also avoid them like the plague.

BTW, I would do the same if I discovered that one of my neighbors was a volunteer for the states execution squad. In fact, I would move as fast as I could sell my home.

Nothing, I would do nothing. Their gun collection is none of my business. Now if the zombie apocolypse hits, I might knock on their door and ask if I can borrow a cup of sugar and some bullets.

I'd mind my own dam business if he were a law abiding American citizen just as I do now. I have many neighbors who have weapons. Most are hunters, and all are good people from all walks of life.
