Two Swiss workers could have had a great weekend if they didn't give the gold they found back to the police.

A couple of maintenance workers in the Swiss town of Klingnau found gold in “them thar grass”!!! Behind some bushes – a place commonly reserved for kissing teens and a sexual deviant masturbating - the pair happened on a mysterious package wrapped in white paper.

Gold bars are probably stolen so I wouldn't even touch them. I'd call the police and tell them where they were. If it's gold jewelry or coins I'd bring them to the police station in case anyone has lost them.

1000 people could find it, keep it for themselves, and not get caught, but I would somehow end up in jail. I have never had good luck with dishonesty, but I guess that's a good thing.

unless i found it in an air conditioner vent at a hotel i was staying at, then i would turn the gold in to the person staying in the room before me, or unless i was working on the air condition unit, i would return the gold or cash i found. (maybe not, if it was like underwater or something like that....i guess, it really just depends on the circumstances and factors of my find.) Like on TV the other day, someone found gold in a motel!!! 2012.

I found 100 dollars as a kid and reported it to the police (I didn't know at the time but it was obviously drug money). They hold it for a month and then give it back to you when nobody calls it in (and they wont, since it's drug money).

Hell no it's the only thing that's not trackable, Just melt it down and store away. Just kidding I would probably find out who it belongs to, well it depends on how much gold it is. If it'a like A small amount of gold then I probably wouldn't waste to much time looking for the owner.

You can't spend gold but you sure can sell it. Pawn shops and gold and silver buyers will deffinetly want that gold and you'd get money which you could then spend.
