I would run for the Senate as and Independent. Things are in such a mess we need new blood in all of our states legislative seats. When folks don't get the job done and don't bother to explain why they can't, than it is time to get rid of them.

Thank U so much. it's a small town and they need to be more considerate of pedestrian with red lights sidewalks and traffic.. It's really funny, because the council consists of a lot of elderly people. and there are a few guys who sleep through the meeting.. Any way, this is a totally new experience for me.

Because when I see the mess the country is in I really think I could do better. (I'm talking about the UK) Would I? I actually might.

I like women too much - - and the power of public office would just get me into trouble. I would be initiating Executive Privilege every time they wanted to ask me about an intern!

No. I tried it once and by the time the election was over I was quite glad that I lost. Too many principles have to be sacrificed in the name of "compromise".

I have run for public office. But I told them too much truth to get elected.

I wouldn't. I don't have the stomach for it and I'm not cut throat enough. I think people start out to be saviors of human kind, but somehow get jaded and uncaring along the way. Power and money can be destroyers.

I can and I won't. I can retain some vestige of my humanity by staying out of it, and that is worth something to me.

No. A low profile is worth SO much, and if you have a family to consider, it's even more valuable.

NO! I have come to believe that it takes a certain level of dishonesty to be a successful politician in today's world. I am not willing to go there.
