If The USA Is Going Broke, Why Does Obama Keep Giving Money To Other Countries?

Why is he doing this? Obama made an executive order which allows him to decide where the money goes. In fact he can overrule congress many times. Obama has used executive order 13566 for this.

    What is really demeaning to me is that we can't drill in our own country yet BHO is giving billions of dollars of our money to other countries to do the exact same frigging thing! Loans and investments he calls them. Likely NEVER to be paid back. Ever.

    Obama came into office gas was 1.38 per gallon, unemployment was below 5 % and the debt was around 1.4 T (400 Billion was from President Bush last year in office) the 700 + Billion was added when the Democrats took complete veto proof control of both the House and Senate. If you look at when the business market started to dive was when Obama was slated to be the Democratic choice to run for President.

    This is what they were saying about gas prices the week before Obama took office. Gas was at $1.81 a gallon and they thought gas prices would continue to drop. Either Obama has failed miserably or he has done everything possible to drive up prices because he has turned the trend from prices dropping to the price being within cents of the highest price ever and still rising.

    Because he thinks the United States did not earn it's wealth. He thinks the U.S. and Great Britain are Imperialistic and the wealth we have was stolen from other countries.     Because he has no other choice to do so because Congress appropriated the money for it. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled when Nixon was President that a President may not exercise a veto by failing to spend appropriated funds.

    I'm sorry, but you are mistaken. The case I was referring to is Train v. City of New York. The Wikipedia cite is below. The President cannot impound funds appropriated by Congress. This is a matter of constitutional law and cannot be undone by Executive Order. It is unconstitutional for the President not to spend funds appropriated by Congress.

    Hell if I know! I am not completely sure he has that power to begin with. I mean, we don't have a dictator. There is a system of checks and blances, isn't there? Maybe not, we did get the wool pulled over our eyes in that 700 billion dollar bail-out deal right? What I do know is that there are too many people suffering from lack of money right now.
