If the Romans had an/the EPA, they would have fallen in half the time. Much the same way we, as a Nation, is falling now. Then, you can't put it all on the back of the EPA, there is still the Departments of Labor, Education, HLS, Agriculture, current Justice, and all of the rest of the departments putting unreasonable rules and regulations out. And then there are the various Czars putting out their rules and regulations. It is a wonder we have lasted as long as we have. Maybe there will be "Change" we can believe in come the next General, or at least "Hope" for it.
