If Mr. Swann’s allegations are true and logically they seem to be, then the Supreme Court has opened a new can of worms and rendered a useless decision.

Remember this hinges on a VERY KEY POINT, Congress has the power to levy a tax, in this case, the Senate vetoed the House of Representatives tax legislation for this bill and went forward with a Senate version that Obama signed.

Under Article I, section 9 of the Constitution, there can be no direct tax levied against the public. This is a direct tax.

Roberts has set the stage for it to GO BACK TO THE HOUSE.

After all, they must FUND IT in appropriation bills.

AND now the election has real lines drawn and MITT WILL BE STRONGER, just like his fundraising so far.

Possibly since all tax bills must originate in the House and this was a melding of House and Senate bills without any abilty to dissent.

The Senate cannot but Obama signed the Senate version. Tax laws can also be repealed by a simple majority.

What he does not understand is that it has always been a tax and we were all stupid enough to believe Obama's lies. They could call it a doorknob and it would still be a tax - but it makes it a great deal easier to repeal called by its real name.
