If Mr. Swann’s allegations are true and logically they seem to be, then the Supreme Court has opened a new can of worms and rendered a useless decision.
Remember this hinges on a VERY KEY POINT, Congress has the power to levy a tax, in this case, the Senate vetoed the House of Representatives tax legislation for this bill and went forward with a Senate version that Obama signed.

Roberts has set the stage for it to GO BACK TO THE HOUSE.
After all, they must FUND IT in appropriation bills.
