If President Obama were to bring home all the troops in Afghanistan in October 2012, would he win by one of the biggest landslides in Presidential history?

Simmering Frog 2012/05/29 00:08:45Undecided+12First off, the choices are absurd. Where is the "no" option? Second, Obama is not getting re-elected. He is far too corrupt for America to take him as a serious candidate.

Midnight Cowboy, the war is 'old news'... its already factored in that he will have the troops home and that the Taliban will overrun the country the minute we leave. They will put woman back into "their place"... stoning them, killing them, destroying these schools, the infrastructure, the security we brought to Kabul and a handful of other locations. Once we are gone, it will be as if we were never there... and the thousands of our dead military men & women, and the tens of thousands of our wounded will be all for nothing... as the Taliban will invite Al-Qaeda right back to where it was before we sent our troops in to attempt to bring that country into the modern era.
Maybe that will be the lesson we learn. Maybe not. But regardless, they still want to kill us.
Yeah, bring home the troops... just in time to send them to Syria for the next chapter of our being the world's policeman.
Last time a lot were late or coveniently lost.
Yes I agree with you but realize that what a potus says is not always right or on time.
Look at the number one state in the "Losses" column: -284 *thousand* Jobs...and no word on whether those jobs have come back yet. So, that 4.25 million jobs is a **DROP IN THE BUCKET,** considering that that's nationwide.
I won't deny there's been *some* job growth...in 16 states. But the 34 states that **HAVEN'T** reported growth could cause major problems if that situation doesn't change between now and November...especially if some of those 34 include states like California, Florida, Ohio, etc.
Now let's talk about net job creation (factoring in the losses) ...
Don't wanna talk about that? I understand.
