Increase in taxes for the rich, increase in welfare for the poor, national gay marriage allowance, more equality, less of a nanny state.
But meh it isn't my country, you guys vote in whoever you want, just don't start anymore wars.

Just as screwed up as we would be with "Mittens". I want to see our civil rights and civil liberties respected and there is no candidate (with the exception of Paul) that's in favor of that idea. They keep passing bills like the Patriot Act and NDAA. They keep implementing departments like Homeland Security and the TSA. Why aren't people in an uproar over the loss of our 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, & 8th Amendment rights? They talk about the 10th Amendment rights for the states, but that's only because the don't like Obamacare.
    We're just screwed.

Explosive growth of deficit spending, tax increases, more inflation, persistent unemployment. Obama can't satisfy his base and fix the economy at the same time.

Jimmy Carter (and to a certain extent George HW Bush) faced the same problem. They both failed to maintain the economy, and became one-term Presidents as a result.

Back in 1980, Carter was ahead of Reagan in the polls throughout most of the campaign -- until the closing remarks at the end of the last Presidential debate. Mr. Obama can expect to see the same speech again -- either the original Reagan version or the 2012 Romney version:

They fail to see everything they fear came to be under the Bush/Cheney Regime. The US military is out of Iraq, soon to be out of Afghanistan and hopefully not in any more wars for a long long time. The American people were never involved in the wars other than funding them and they really did not know it because Bush never put the wars on the books so it was all good. Bush/Cheney gave a few trillion dollars of tax payers money to the banks and other financial gamblers in a bailout as a lovely parting gift before they left office. It was only fair being they left the war profiteers so fat for such a long time. President Obama put the wars on the books, the unfunded tax cuts on the books, the unfunded medicare prescription plan on the books and then got blamed for spending us into a hole. Conservatives are morons.

The Democrats intend to turn America into Sarajevo, c. 1995. This is evident with almost every breaking news story from Fast and Furious to the Philadelphia precinct to the Zimmerman case.

Fallen. Rome went through the same trials. Well maybe not exactly the same, but similar....poor leaders, debt, mob violence, etc. We'll go the way of Rome....we'll die out and someone else...maybe our successors will make something out of our ruin. Like Rome....it's gonna be hell for us stragglers who survive the fall.
