If Obama is elected for a 2nd term....do you think he will do away with term limits by executive order?

I don't believe he would even if he could, but I heard someone talking about that yesterday and thought I'd ask what y'all thought...

Presidential term limits are established by the 22nd Amendment. The only way to overturn those term limits would be to amend the Constitution. The Executive Orders that President Obama has signed during his term are all valid exercises of the power the Executive Branch is granted under the Constitution. Executive Orders cannot override the Constitution.

this used to be true...
"You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass."
The President doesn't have this power; only Congress does.
How can people who claim to revere the Constitution know so little about it?

There are only 2 ways this could happen , well technically 3
1. Congress votes for an amendment to pass that allows him to do more full terms(which we all know TECHNICALLY, that is possible, since FDR was president for 3 terms before they added the law which limits it into effect.)
2. There is a time of emergency where a changing in power would be unfeasible simply because we will be incapable of voting (for an example, a large scale invasion on US soil)
3. He takes control by using military force, and disregards the constitution (only way that would work is if he had a pretense that would allow the military to back him up)
before 1951 (22nd Amendment) there was no limit. Now there is
So technically speaking, any of those can happen depending on the circumstances.
Just because I major in Political Science does not mean I do not actually study, and see the different possibilities.
