Drop Biden. Not drop Biden. I don't care either way. Obama is unAmerican in his ideas, actions and dreams. I will NOT vote for him regardless.

It is not going to happen. But I think this ticket is going down in flames in November.

It wouldn't change my mind, he'd still have to find someone really stupid to take the attention away from his idiocy.

It would signal that the President is beginning to panic. It would also split the party.

He'd lose for sure. He can't drop people loyal to him at this stage. If he dropped Biden, he'd possibly choose Hillary as his v.p. Only the crazy sexist feminists would vote for him then.

The "Original Plan" was to pick up Hillary. Then Hillary was to pick-up Panetta, with her 8-year run, but the liberals just suck so much that I don't think that they will ever get back to any kind of "shovel-readiness" anytime in the near-future. The truth about subsidies and outright-Socialism, is that style of political-ploy just doesn't work where there is so much Freedom. Just look at Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and Poland . . . Do you want to be the one to have to tell them that "We were just joking; now you can go back to being the Soviet Union!" You talking about having a fight on your hands!?? . . . I know I wouldn't want to be the one to do it. Those people, as a People, got the taste of Freedom. At any rate, though; Biden has always sucked.

He won't drop Biden. It doesn't really matter who is on the ticket with him. We have already seen that this team has no leadership at all.

It would be a sign of desperation, but Biden hasn't added anything to the ticket except comic relief. It would also be a way for Obama to place the blame on someone else for his poor showing and plunging approval ratings.

I don't think he'd drop Biden this late in the game, but who knows? It might be Obama's "October Surprise." I wouldn't put ANYTHING past this President if he thinks he might lose with Biden on the ticket.

Biden & Obama = Dumb and Dumbest!!

lol...if anything, he'd put Hillary as VP, though we all know Bill Clinton is stomping for Obama, but deep down he has a hatred for him. During the 2008 primaries, we all heard how Bill said Obama was playing the race card against him and he was heard to say, "Up until a few years ago, this guy would be fetching our coffee..." So bad. He's always taking a dig at Obama too by pointing out Romney's "sterling" record.

I'm waiting to see who Romney picks...Drudge has it that Obama said Romney wants Petreaus as his VP. I'm wondering how people feel about this possible pick.

Looking at what they like to call the "short list" I doubt if Petreaus has a chance.
I also listened to this but he is not on the short list either.
John Sununu joined the growing number of Republicans claiming that Sen. Harry Reid is lying about Mitt Romney’s tax returns, calling him a “bumbling Senate leader” and alleging that President Barack Obama is “behind this dishonesty and misrepresentation.”

I agree. Of course Obama is behind this. I'm from Chicago and he played super-dirty politics here. He just took it national now. I told many friends of mine who voted Obama, "You'll see." Many have and can't wait to vote against him this time.

I love watching Sununu debate people. His laugh is contagious and he's brilliant. Sununu has met the eligibility requirements for the Mega Society, the world's most exclusive high-IQ society, which accepts only those who score in the 99.9999th percentile on IQ tests (Mensa, for example, accepts the top 2 percent). No wonder he runs circles around Juan Williams and clueless Andrea Mitchell and others, lol..

Obama doesn't need to - his personal popularity will likely lead him to victory in the fall and Biden won't impact that.

It's not Biden that did all the stupid things...it was Obama. He'll try and blame Biden just like he does with Bush, but when the facts are laid out, it was all Obama.

The Vice Presidential candidate has only a minor role especially in this election with its focus on the personality of the Presidential candidates. The Vice President candidate only real role is the Vice Presidential candidates in the election is the VP candidate debate, except if they incapable like Sara Palin. The only other reason would to be a "king maker" for the Democratic candidate in the 2016 elections that is not Obama. This election is in full swing before Labor Day not like in the past. Biden wil keep only doing what he is doing now until Romney names his running mate.

President is a classy guy, even if he had his eye on someone else, VP Biden would be compensated in some way and probably resign, I am most sure that the headlines wouldn't read that he was dumped, they'd make him look good.
