If It Looks Like Tax, Sounds Like A Tax and Works Like A Tax, It Has to Be A Tax?
I’m sure most of you have heard the old adage that if it looks like a duck, walks like duck and sounds like a duck that it must be a duck. Well, the same is true about the individual mandate penalty of Obamacare, but Barack Obama is calling it a pig instead of a duck.
We’ve read how Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts changed his mind at the last minute and voted with the liberal judges to preserve Obamacare in its entirety, including the individual mandate. Roberts said that individual mandate was unconstitutional in the framework of regulating interstate commerce as the Obama administration had argued, but that it was constitutional because it was a tax and that Congress has the right to levy a tax.
Chief Justice Roberts called it a tax. It is to be handled by the IRS as a tax.

My credit ratings have been at the top and nothing says I would not pay the bill.

The President may not put in place taxes. He may propose them, but unless Congress votes on and passes them, they do not exist.
Because he promised to never raise the taxes of middle class Americans and he claims he still hasn’t. However, Obamacare is the largest single tax increase in the history of the United States and according to a number of economic analysts and experts, the majority of that tax increase will fall on the Middle Class.
