If it is established beyond reasonable doubt that Barack Obama is a foreign national with a fake birth certificate who infiltrated our nation's security at the highest level of government, should he get a lengthy prison sentence, or be executed as a spy?

Annie~Pro American~Pro Israel 2012/06/10 07:14:14He should get a lengthy prison sentence [explain why].+12And he should be sent to Gitmo to serve out his sentence then after he serves his time, deported to Kenya.

So basically, as a con man, he should go to prison. Besides, execution would be too quick and easy. Prison sucks, so that's the better punishment.
But good luck getting the proof rounded up and actually getting him charged and prosecuted.
SECTION 3. We haven't been in a declared state of war since the final diplomatic resolutions were confirmed by the Congress at the close of hostilities in World War II. The Korean "War" was for legal purposes considered a "police action," and the running gun battle in Southeast Asia was an "intervention" or some other such mealy-mouthed evasion of reality.
The "War on Terror" (yet another frigging progressive concept - "the moral equivalent of war" - proving that the Republicans are just as much a pack of lying sons of bitches as are the Democrats) is in no sense whatsoever a declared war.

But were that to happen, to which country could he BE deported?
My best estimation is that his only legitimate citizenship is in the Republic of Indonesia.
Congressman Allen West made a response to a reporter in the 2010 campaign that MUST be borne in mind. When asked what question he would ask of our Fraudulence-in-Chief, Mr. West said:
"You know, I would ask him one simple question. What passport did you use to go to Pakistan in 1981? That tells me everything about him."
If Odumbo held an Indonesian passport and used it to travel to Pakistan at that time (because a U.S. citizen, traveling on a U.S. passport, could not enter that country in 1981), then our Mystery Mulatto's PRESENT claim to citizenship in our republic is a lie.
No impeachment proceedings are necessary to remove a common criminal from an office which - in law and in fact - he had never been qualified to occupy.
The "Obama Presidency" is simply a cancerous ulcer on the history of our nation. In a very real sense, it never happened. All that remains is to secure these criminals and start repairing the damage they've done.
Incarceration without possibility of parole, however, is manifestly necessary. He should never EVER see the light of day except through prison bars.
