The largest message of failure sold is trickle down no regulation moves the country forward. S&L; failure, 90-91 recession, 20% of mortgages underwater, 8 million jobs lost, TARP bailouts to save banks, Dow going below 6000 in their latest failure.
We are the ones that will reduce debt, another failure with 4 trillion debt reduction in the big WH deal walked away from with a 4-1 spending cut to mostly loophole closing revenue ratio. That failure not noticed by Gov. Daniels in the GOP SOTU response calling for the closing of loopholes.
We want the government out of our lives, unless you are a woman getting an unneeded sonogram, unable to buy contraceptives with life at conception being pushed.
We want to increase freedom another message of failure. Local governments abolished in Michigan. Voting ID laws that stop people from getting to vote. The message of illegal foreigner voting fraud a myth. Common sense would tell anyone an illegal would not vote and possibly get deported. When a reporter gets arrested at an Allen West town hall, others thrown out for free speech, that is not freedom, it is tyranny. When unions are told they can't petition the government (no collective bargaining)...

Whether job creation, stock market performance, debt increases, GOP president's have done worse than Democratic ones since Ike. All of the jobs created by the GOP the past decade was due to trillions in new housing equity by banks that blew up the economy. The amount of reinvested money from Dubya tax breaks to the top has been the lowest in US history since the Great Depression.
Stimulus did work to replace 3 1/2 million private sector jobs, doubling Dow in 19 months, seeing a 10 point increase in GDP from the 4th qtr of 2008 to the 4th qtr of 2009. This president has been very good at checking terror be it Al Qaeda leaders killed, Swat Valley IDP help ending Taliban rule there, no 911, no London, no Madrid. All you hear from the decepticons is Stimulus failed and the president is weak on terror.
