I am a Republican, but I really wish Hillary had gotten the nomination. At least that way, whoever ends up being the president (Clinton or McCain) would have the nation's best interests at heart. Sadly, I can't say the same for Obama as all of his associates seem to hate America. You are known by the company you keep.

Why would Biden step down? He is more than qualified to fulfill the duties of Vice President. I have been an ardent fan of Meet the Press for years. Joe Biden has guested on numerous occasions. I have always been impressed with his knowledge and also his capacity to make himself understood. I would not have one moment of concern as to his ability to step in and fulfill the job as President if need be.

I don't like it, but I support Obama, so I would have to deal with my disappointment. I really don't think that would happen. If you select Hillary you get Bill, and that's not such a great idea. That job is beneath her anyway.

I have no issues with either Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton. Different story with Sarah Palin.
