I certainly do agree, and have always liked Ms. Rice. She is one smart cookie.

I agree and I am voting for Obama. BUT, if she were on the ticket, then Obama would have something to worry about. SHE is better than any of them. The best ticket out there would Be Connie and Hillary. Together they would be better than any of the men on either side. AND despite them being from different parities, they would figure out a way to get things done and to get along as well as standing up for the rights of the American people. Women always get the job done. I don't like Romney at all. I will never understand why they didn't select Rice as the Presidential candidate in the first place. I would have voted Republican had they done that.

if he were as smart and well versed on foreign affairs. Yes. I always listen to all the candidates running and make my choice based on who I feel will do the most for my country, for education, for women, for healthcare, and all the other issues I feel passionately about.
I like Condi, I like how she thinks. I do not care for Romney's views on women, his views on healthcare, and his inability to think on his feet. Also, I feel he is totally out of touch with common everyday working class people. She, on the other hand, is impressive in all areas.

The Secretary of State is one who must represent the US to the international community. Considering that at the end of the Bush Administration the whole world despised us, that does not convey a reassuring approval.

I'm saying that the entire Bush Administration actively eroded our relationship with the world, and took no steps in repairing our ties. By the end, we were in an awful spot until Obama brought in credibility. There are still issues, but not to the scale of Bush.

In 2003, I watched during my 3rd week of Airborne school many of my friends I trained with rolling off across the Iraqi Border. I served my tours in Iraq, and witnessed the atrocity of war. I witnessed good men succumb to the power of vengeance and "righteous anger" born from the lost of friends and family. I witnessed entire cities cry out in agony, entire nights drowned by the sounds of mothers and wives grieving. I saw my comrades, friends and brothers become so stricken with guilt and shame that their demons claimed their lives by their own hands.I have stood in the rubble of a thousand year work of art, deafened by screams and cries as ash rained down upon me. I've watched children become accustomed to the sound of mortars, and numb to the loss of their teachers.

I saw Bush's corporate friends buy lucrative contracts then subcontract it down to Pakistanis and Nepalese nationals who work for 12 hour days 7 days a week earning $500 a month while a KBR manager earns $250000 a year for watching them work.

Again, I know all too well what occurred when Bush took office.

This wasn't the 1st war the U.S.A. was in and it probably won't be the last, Hussein Obama knows about wars as well does he not?

As I figured, you blame Bush for all. I'd take GW over Hussein Obama in a heart beat. I wonder sometimes just how much of a great nation we would be today had we not been dealt with the 9/11 tragedy that all liberals forget about. I know one thing that is a no doubter in my mind, that GW dealt with the 9/11 tragedy the way the majority of America wanted it dealt with and had his liberal counterpart been elected we might not be the U.S.A. today as he might have surrendered.

Other countries may not have loved us, but they HATED Bush. My sister and brother-in-law live in London and are international Lawyers. They said it was terrible during the Bush years because as Americans, who have lived in Europe for decades, it was the first time they heard such slanderous comments about our President and our country. Bush lost us respect around the world. That is my worry about Romney. They at least respect Obama's intelligence and consider him a good world leader. They thought George W was a dolt. I fear they will feel the same way about Romney and that leaves us vulnerable and open for another 9/11 tragedy. We need to keep the current administration in place.

I don't think she would be a bad VP pick but she has much less experience than Biden does. Her area of expertise is with cold war issues; that is why she caught off guard with 9/11. She's probably picked up a few good skills since then.
