Political Ideology or Desires should not enter into what any Judge does in regards to the Rule of Law contained in out Constitution. That is the bottom line and the extent of their job description.

Would it not be refreshing if Judges were not picked because of their political ideology, and would it not be equally refreshing for those confirming said Judges, confirmed upon those Judges a Yea or Nea, not because of politics but upon knowledge of law and of Constitution and adherence to same?
