I just thought of something, as to why we have read about our military training to fight urban warfare. Because some say sooner or later going to be a revolution in our streets.

If there is, it will be our Constitution and Capitalism vs Socialism, Racism, Communism, Progressiveness and many of the other isms of the left. But I think there is another reason, and that is the Muslim Brotherhood being invited to this country. If they ever get their nose under the tent, we are going to see just what all the so called peace loving Muslims see daily in their world, Death by gun, bomb, gas, and any other means that so many of their own kind are subject to world wide. Kill, maim, injure and belittle any and all, whether or not they are of the same religion.That mean Car Bombs, Human Bombs, Mass Death for no other reason than ones religion, and the quest for world dominance and power. That is why so many on the left an in power want gun control, more commonly and honesty known as People Control. Or Dis-Arm-This-Nation.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are MASTERS of manuver warfare. We ran over the ENTIRE Iraqi army in less than 100 hours.
But guess what kiddies.... All that super badass technology, and the tactics that guide its use go right out the window in a populated urban area.
And we found that out real fast when we went into Baghdad. We discovered that we had to learn street to street, and even house to house fighting.
We had to learn HOW to fight in an environment chosen by or enemy so as to render our strengths into handicaps, while giving him an advantage.
So on Army / Marine posts all over the country there are MOUT (Military Operations Urban Terrain) sites built and being built so that we can fight on the modern battlefield...and win.
You can fantasize that we're training to fight some civil war that some people masterbate to daydreams of, or that we're gonna come rolling into your town and takeaway your guns, and forcily stop you from driving whatever oversized roadpig you drive, and force you to drive a smartcar....

We are simply making ourselves more flexable so that we can address the threats of what warfare has morphed into. We couldn't give a sh!t less about you and your guns.
