I'm giving the man a solid B.
He gets an A for preventing more terrorists’ attacks on our soil. He gets another A for not signing Kyoto. Heck, I'll give him another A for having to deal with the dimwits in Congress and the press. He gets yet another A for his Supreme Court nominations. Let me see, oh yea, how about another A for a nice landing on an aircraft carrier (ok, maybe that one is a B, he had some help).
So, IMO, why didn't he get an A?
He didn't pardon Scotter Libby or the 2 boarder agents that shot a drug smuggler.
He was easy on the dimowits in Congress and should have used his veto power much sooner than the last 2 years.
His energy and illegal immigration plans were below par.

The MS gulf coast didn't cry and whine. They just rebuilt.
And he still forked over (with the blessing of congress) millions in aid from tax dollars.
Or did you miss that "Constitution" thing?
And big whoop, he flew over it. I don't recall hearing the people of Iowa blaming him for a flood, or expecting money for their hardships to come raining down from the Fed.
You need to look less at him and more at US. WE, the People, are this Nation. Our own actions are what is looked at. The people of Iowa represent their state and their state's pledge to the Union better than most.
(And no, I'm not from Iowa, it's just less effective to word may statement any other way)
The Left these days are all about blame. And the bigger the hat (especially if it is a Republican) the more they target them.
