How would you feel about Romney picking either Rand Paul or Allen West as his VP?

I like both possibilities. But I'll go along with Romney's choice as long as it's NOT that TRAITOR Mario Rubio.
I have seen that many calling themselves Conservatives are reluctant to face the fact that Rubio is indeed a traitor. But what else could you call someone like this?:

Add to that the fact that Rubio was born in Miami to two foreign nationals, who didn't become naturalized citizens till over 4 years after he was born. So he's constitutionally ineligible to be either VP or president. And that would give Obama an excuse to fend off still-unresolved charges regarding his own ineligibilty.
Although NO political candidate is perfect, I think both Rand Paul and Allen West come about as close as we could expect as Conservatives.
And I think Rand Paul comes closer to being a "strict constitutionalist" than his father Ron Paul. For Rand is a lot stronger than his dad on upholding the Constitution's core tenet of DOMESTIC national defense when it comes to defending America against the illegal alien invasion and Islamic encroachment.
If Romney picks Rand Paul as his VP, that will go a long way to assuaging the disgruntled Ron Paul supporters so they won't help Obama to a 2nd term by writing in for Ron Paul.
And if Romney picks Allen West, West will help Romney siphon off a couple million of the 12 million black votes Obama will otherwise get, mainly in the "Bible Belt" states where respect for West is the highest.
I got an email today from Rand Paul, and these are some of the things he wants to accomplish:
*** Audit the Fed: While we may well pass the bill this year, President Obama is likely to veto. This fight is very likely to be ongoing next year.
*** End the TSA: We have to get the government out of the business of screening airline passengers -- now.
*** Fight the Patriot Act: I stood nearly alone at the beginning of my fight to restore the 4th Amendment. By the time I was done, dozens of my colleagues had joined... but we are far short of what we need to win our battle.
*** Return to a constitutional foreign policy: We are too many places, and we have abdicated our role in Congress to determine when or if we go to war.

So I think Romney is the right man for the right times. And if he does his job, then either West or Paul will by the time they succeed Romney have the experience they need to fill his shoes.

The only "distraction" I could see resulting from either of them as VP would be a positive "distraction" from politics-as-usual, as our nation desperately needs.
Rand Paul would be an excellent President of the Senate, though for other good reasons.
Either man would be in line of command, and either man would make a good President in a pinch.
