How many will vote Ron Paul if he causes an upset at the convention and becomes the Republican nominee?

You!

I keep hearing over and over the only reason I am supporting Romney is because he is the Republican nominee and better than Obama. So I want to know how many of you would vote Ron Paul if by some miracle (if our law suite prevails he will) he ends up getting the nomination?

Romney people, it's a simple question we all know that the likely hood is slim, I asked if by some chance it was to happen would you vote Paul so Obama doesn't win or would you stand by your principles and write in Romney or just not vote? It's a simple question.

All Ron Paul supporters please refrain from voting in this Poll. If you are anything like me you will vote for Ron Paul regardless of whether he is nominated at the convention.

Thanks. I was referring, of course, to Flip (R0mney) and Flop (0bama) - the Policy Twins. Ron Paul is getting my vote this November, guaranteed.

I've said it before and I'll say it here: If, by some miracle, Paul gets the nomination, I will vote for him. If he does not, then I would expect him to endorse the winner and join in the cause to get Obama out of office.

I would vote Republican if Ron Paul stole the Nomination, though I think he should have more delegates than he does, a lot of opening states went for him that were reported for Romney. I am actually hoping that there is an investigation and that Romney becomes ineligible. However, I cannot, in good conscience, vote for Obama(R) under any circumstances because he was voted in under pretense of the elite and voter fraud in at least 5 opening states, not to mention lies in the media. That is not a choice. I want a choice for President, not 2 people with almost the same ideology running for President. Sorry.

I heard the RAND Paul yesterday endorsed Mitt Romney. WHY ? I can not get my head around why he would do that? I don't know if the Paul's are trying to not split the vote? or worked a deal out with the GOP. Any one know or have heard what the hell is going on?

there is rumers that they threatened him with a bloody convention if he didn't.....that they are trying to discourage us and separate us. Bilderburg doesn't want Paul in there and we are a real threat this year.

It was purely a political move ... he has to show some solidarity with the party if he wants to be around in 2016 and win. Otherwise the GOP will do exactly what they did to Ron ... media blackouts, a campaign to make him look stupid or crazy, and probably even more blatant voter fraud is my take on it.

He's still defying the status quo in the bills he is trying to bring forward and he's still sticking to the principles of the constitution. However as we know integrity and honesty doesn't get far with the American people. He needs Washington's support if he's going to make a run for the presidency in 2016.

From all accounts Rand Paul was raised in a loving home. His mom and dad seem devoted to each other to this day. They showed by example his place in the world and how he can live in it, through it, or by it. Although Rand is his own man with his own dreams, family, and aspirations ... I don't not think the fruit of integrity, honesty, and a love for liberty fell far from the tree.

Paul has already conceded the race to Romney. The convention is only a formality at this point. The race in November will be between Obama and Romney. A Republican (or someone who would otherwise vote Republican) who votes for anyone other that these two or does not vote equals a half vote for Obama. Likewise a Democrat (or someone who would otherwise vote Democrat) who votes for anyone other than these two or does not vote equals a half vote for Romney. One of these two will win. There is no other reasonable expectation. You can hope all you want for another outcome. It ain't gonna happen.

I've said it a thousand times...I don't agree with Mr. Paul on some things, but IF he were to attain the nominee I would vote for him...which is more than I can say for most of the rabid Paulistonians I've had the (dis)pleasure of speaking with.
I believe that much of the 'insanity' over a candidate who could garner less than 200 delegates is being perpetrated by the left to create the illusion of the need for a 3rd party candidate...in an effort to split the conservative vote...
We must not fall for this AGAIN..,
The REAL question is...if by some stretch of the imagination, after all the 'efforts' by Mr. Paul...IF he does not win the nomination will Paul supporters gather behind the Republican candidate ???

Revolution starts with a first step...the first step is REMOVING the boy blunder at all costs...the next step is REMOVING his cronies in Congress... and the next step is REMOVING the Romney (who's not my fav either) in 2016 (if needed)...If you're so blind to see that your stubbornness benefits NOBODY but Obama, you are part of the problem. If you don't get your way, and are willing to waste your vote on principle, you may not have the chance after four more years of the progressive agenda. They believe you are stupid, and you are proving them right. ANY vote note cast for one of the TWO candidates will only insure an Obama victory buy splitting ONLY the conservative vote. Obama zombies, and Libs will never vote for Paul (though through polling manipulation they have made it appear that Lib Independents will), so when you don't vote for the Republican candidate, you are essentially voting for Obama. It's a beautiful plan, and it worked against Bush senior with Perot, that is how we got Clinton, and where the mortgage crisis began. So go ahead and take your ball and go home....the sad thing is WE ALL have to live with the consequences of your decision.

Removing a blunder and replacing him with another blunder with the same agenda, brilliant plan you have there.

Revolution requires rejecting the entire two party dictatorship. Not just one weed in the infested garden. They grow far too fast to focus on only one every 4 years.

As a side note, many anti-war liberals that woke up to Obama's fraud were going to vote for Paul. His message of liberty unified people of all ideologies, because unlike the democrats and Republicans, his message was not meant to polarize us. His message focused on our common grounds.

Again everybody else is wrong...and you and little group of cronies is right....everybody else should conform to YOUR belief that Ron Paul is the ONLY answer....and the MAJORITY should all fall in line with YOU...

I've decided I'm going to be more like you....you're right....If MY candidate doesn't get the nomination I will not vote for Ron Paul under any circumstances, and I tell all those I come into contact with to do the same...
    that sounds reasonable.

Not good. I have learned write-ins are thrown in the trash (another freedom gone - a vote not counted) so if I can be so bold, I suggest if Paul doesn't get the nomination to go with candidate #3 and that is Gary Johnson. He holds to much of the same principles as Paul, is a proved "successful" 2-term governor and is not afraid to stand up against the status quo.
