HOW IS IT LEGALLY POSSIBLE FOR DOCUMENTS TO BE ACCEPTED AS A ELECTION NOMINATION EXCLUDING THE ELIGIBILITY UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION? DOES ANYONE EVER READ ANYTHING IN CONGRESS ANYMORE INCLUDING THE COMMITTEE'S?

The DNC pulled a good one with the legal paperwork which got by the election committee and excluded our Constitution terms of eligibility for the presidency which violates our Constitution and was illegally processed for acceptance! It is time for a big change within government and reverse the illegal treason holding all involved accountable to the fullest extent of the law!

+14Funny how they scrutinized McCain's elligibility but never questioned Obama's. McCain produced all of his documents to prove his citizenship but Obama never has. I hope that Judge Carter has the courage to finally hear the case questioning Obama's elligibility. Legal arguements are scheduled for Oct, 5th with a trial date of Jan 26, 2010. He stated during pretrial that if there a any legitimate constitutional issues regarding Obama's elligibility they need to be addressed and resolved. The wheels of justice grind ever so slowly; we'll soon see what happens!!!!!!!!!!!!
We cannot now say that those who certified or accepted NOMINATION documents have committed treason. Either they ALL committed treason, including Harris (in which case we are on the brink of chaos, since the "treason" accusation can be hurled at any officer we disagree with) or else NO ONE committed treason... we just happen to disagree with certain of them... which is a much saner road than the knee-jerk reaction of yelling "treason".
