Don't know what part of the country you live in, but when Bush was President, gas topped over 4 bucks a gallon in my area, and was steadily over 3 dollars for the majority of his term.

Looks like you got zapped ... twerp. I remember one spike in gas prices during Dubya's eight. Now we are living with high gas prices while the traitorous flop eared socialist bastard is in office.

What a fantastic area you must live in. Gas in my area went from around $1.39 to $1.89 in one week's time in 2002, then it went to $2.39 a few months later. By 2007, it had reached over 4 bucks a gallon a couple times, and stayed near $3.89 for most of the rest of 2007. Remember it however you like (whatever twists yer nipples, I say), I'll be over here remembering how it actually happened.

....it feels like a nightmare honestly. I cannot believe how many small businesses have closed in my community....so sad. More Government spending and debt along with very very bad energy policy has made this recession last far too long. Fear of greater and greater taxation and Government control has the US stagnated. We need a new leader!
