The American people deserve the government they have, the financial crash that is going to be the result of out of control spending, and the dictatorship that is going to be the result of electing BO and folks like him.

Your comment could not possibly prove that point any more clearly.

The Bush Tax Cuts, the Housing Bubble & leaving the wars OFF of the books is "out-of-control" spending.

Romney will never fix this so,...

You have no idea just how out of control spending actually is. FWIW, Obama didn't do this by himself but he sure as hell hasn't helped it.

Although I have to agree that the present Congress is worthless, Obama is doing a very nice job of going around them by completely ignoring the Constitution.

I know Romney did, he created it.

What a choice in November..... a black man hell bent on destroying America as we know it or the whitest, richest liberal in RINO clothing they could find.

Is that really the best we can do?

He's not, but it is either rapid destruction with Obama, or a bit slower with Mitt.

The whole world is bankrupt, Detroit is nothing but a footnote.

Besides, I said a bit slower. I don't think Mitt has as good of a plan to bring on total collapse as BO, but it's not if, but only when the crash is going to happen no matter who gets elected in November.

The only compromise that will appease the democrats is to let them spend more money that we don't have.

News flash!!!!!! You cannot spend your way out of bankruptcy. The government can do nothing more to stimulate the economy than it already has. You can't lower the interest rate below zero.

Insanity is believing that throwing more money at our problems is going to help.

Here's the rub. The real bailouts didn't happen in Detroit, they happened on Wall Street. The US government assumed HUNDREDS of TRILLIONS of dollars of bad debts from the bankers, including fanny and freddie. It was the greatest transfer of liabilities from private corporations to public debt in history. The economy died forever in Sept of 2008, the only thing keeping us going is smoke and mirrors. The public bitched about nearly 800 billion in bailouts while they calmly accepted the fact that Bernake gave 16 Trillion dollars to his banking buddies all over the world that they don't even have to pay back.

Although I agree that the office of the President should be respected not the man, it's hard to do when the POTUS lies every time he opens his mouth. Not only lies, but lies that any fourth grader could catch if they just bothered. As far as I'm concerned, he is getting far more respect than he deserves.

Government spending can only create more Government jobs, not private sector jobs, which are what we need. More government jobs just means creating more debt without adding any revenue.

This is a fact and is not even debatable. It has been tried over and over and yet, no one seems to learn.

One of President Obama's former Harvard professors is calling for the president's defeat in November, releasing a scathing video in which he accuses the president of abandoning America's workers while pushing a policy of "food stamps."
The video by Brazilian scholar and politician Roberto Unger serves as an indictment of both parties. But in it, Unger says Obama must be defeated in order for the Democratic Party to restore itself "as the vehicle for the progressive alternative in the country."
Obama, he said, has not advanced that cause.
"President Obama must be defeated in the coming election. He has failed to advance the progressive cause in the United States," he said in the eight-minute video, titled "Beyond Obama" and posted to YouTube.
"He has spent trillions of dollars to rescue the moneyed interests and left workers and homeowners to their own devices," Unger said.

When an admitted leftist professor from normally ignorant leftist institution says what he did about Obama, it makes one wonder why in the hell common folks could still think he is doing a good job.

Really? I've felt that way since the day I learned the meaning of the words "president" and "assassinate". Besides, Dictatorships are way too obvious, the state of the art in marketing and public relations has moved way beyond such crude methods. We have a national Punch and Judy show, masking a multinational plutocracy.
