unemployment will not go above 8%, hasnt been below that since he took office. I will cut the deficit in half in 2 years... 5.3T in new debt. Slightly better than average but not great. So probably closer to fair than good. I would say we haven't had a great President since Johnson and even his political life ended in tragic downfall(ie Vietnam).

That being said, his rating is FAR above that of his predecessor.
