I am very glad to see you running in '08. I am behind you 100%. I also agree with you on everything but your out look on gay marriage. History really does have a way of repeating itself. I was born with the right to get married, the day I came out of the closet was the day that they were taken away from me. Religion is supposed to be seperate from the state, yet everyone wants to hide behind the bible when they feel uncomfortable about something that they do not understand. Yet they want to take the word God out of the pledge of aligance, off of our money, and when you hear about the 10 commandments being placed on the court house steps, what is that you hear next... "Oh no you cant do that because religion is seperate from the state". A pedophile in this country can molest a child, go to jail to serve their time for their crime, when their victim becomes of age they can go and legally get married. I think that is an outrage, as well as the fact that if I were a notorious serial killer on death row, I would still have the right to get married, when my rights should be limited. Just because they are heterosexuals they have more rights than I do when they have obviously have committed more of a sin than I supposedly do by being gay. I respect the opinions of those who fear and hate me just because they do not understand my life.
