    US bank sucked. This bank was good to my husband's company. I moved all my accounts there and they have been really good to me. I also chose my credit card bank very carefully, and I wish I had more control over which bank carried my mortgage.

    I think , and I don't remember why I chose this bank, the only thing I remember is that it changed it's name and I hate it !

    my hometown bank is fairly large, but not part of a banking chain
    it was my mothers when i turned 16 and she opened my first joint account
    have stayed with them for 5 years now
