no father could be so evil in his right mind; we have to know and study the circumstances which led him to do such an evil act.... his act is the most evil of the acts but it doesn't tag his as evil until we are sure he planed it and then executed his evil plan .......

This man was seriously disturbed. What he did and what he may have done is beyond comprehension. Sick makes him sound too good. If he could do what he did to his boys it make you wonder what he may have done to his wife. And it also makes you wonder if it stopped there.

I'm thinking a Sociopath (which can be quite Evil) who doesn't have a conscience. It's a tragic situation and the boys should have NEVER been allowed to be around him after his wife died. Soooo Sad.

I don't know enough about this story to really give a full opinion on it but anyone who would kill their own kids like that obviously has some serious problems.

There's no explanation or understanding for what can cause a complete psychological breakdown into this type of psychosis. We live in a society where mental health treatment is considered unnecessary or merely a minor inconvenience to be dealt with through medication or if severe, imprisonment ...

I'm thinking he's a sociopath. They can play the part of a normal person because they're good at watching and playing into whatever others want to see. Or he's just a psychopath. In any case, I'm glad he's dead. I just wish he hadn't taken the innocent with him.

very. I think they'll find the wife's body somewhere in the vicinity of where he took the boys camping. The one boy apparently remembered that his mother was in the trunk...Generally killers put dead people in the trunk.

There is true evil in this world. He should have been in jail for the murder of his wife long ago. Once again the state of Washington has failed to protect our most vulnerable. He should never have been allowed to have in house visitation.

We had a case here in my town a couple of years ago that got national attention, the Chris Coleman case in Illinois, guy killed is wife and 2 sons, to be with some cocktail waitress in Florida or something. They lived in a big nice house, nice neighborhood, and this guy here, withdrew thousand of dollars days before he did this. If I had $ 7,000 right now, I'd be in heaven, these guys have all this and more, and seem to be in pure hell. ??

I can't say! I believe he was aware that his sons were talking about the night his wife died
and it looked like he murdered her. Could be the police were setting him up and the boys were not talking,I don't know. I do know his father(who is in jail now) is a nasty, creepy guy. No one in their right mind could do what he did to himself and his 2 young son's. His actions were barberic! I have prayed for them and the family that has been left behind. God only knows why this man did what he did and God will judge him accordingly,I won't.
