I again disagree. They do not do what they can. Harry Reid CAN bring these numerous bills (including the BUDGET) up for a vote and REFUSES to do so! Once again I will say, THEY ARE WORTHLESS!

We can have government help it's citizens. First we have to stop the big money controlling government. Probably the best way is to have public financing of elections. No private money into elections will save tax payers money. If this country insist on private money controlling the election, at least make it transparent. a disclosure law was defeated recently in congress by the Republicans. What is wrong with the American people knowing who gives money to whom??? But for sure my first suggestion would keep a government being dysfunctional.

A dysfunctional government can become completely transparent so we the people can make educated decisions and totally reformat the hard drive that is our government. Then we could create a fair, equal, just, and transparent government that works for the people, not for self serving, power hungry, elitists and corporations. However, I think mankind will become extinct before this scenario becomes reality. As long as I'm dreaming, we could also educate the police on constitutional rights and remind them they work for us. You know, serve and PROTECT!!!!

When the government gets too large, it bogs down in debt and corruption. We, the people are just as much to blame for it and those who put it in place. Too many of us get sucked up into the "free" buzz word tossed around in DC. Thomas Jefferson had his finger on the pulse of a large government. "A governement big enough to give you everything you want is large enough to take everything you have."

The elected officials depend on each other to serve it's citizens. Our Congressman and Senators can't even come to an agreement with a budget so we don't go broke. So how can they help when thet themselves are incompetent.
