The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I'm not personally afraid of them. I'm not a criminal or terrorist, so I'm not worried about them watching me. I am concerned about too much "stuff" up in the air.
Possible testing sites include airspace along the Canadian border near the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, and airspace near New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, among other areas already used for testing drones for the military, NASA and the Department of Homeland Security.
The University of North Dakota was the first school to offer a four-year degree in piloting unmanned aircraft and is close to Grand Forks Air Force Base, home to the Air Force's Global Hawk and Predator drones as well as two Predators flown by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
None of it will even start until the end of 2015.
It's not gonna be anything like spying on American citizens like people think and fear.
(even those Citizens who have never committed any crimes at all)?
Obviously .. I am NOT .. by any stretch of the imagination .. 'ok' with this ..
(given how porous the border is .. )
Do you shoot at commercial jets when they fly over your land too?????
How does an aircraft up in the air do that exactly, lol !!!!!
I take that back, your not useful !
You just add to the paranoia, like some of the other inmates at your facility.
Guess its time to put the CIWS back on the roof.
To my knowledge, no such permission has ever been given to take a multi-million dollar military weapon off of its national security duties in order to aid local law enforcement in catching a few not-particularly-talented common theives.
Kind of makes you wonder how many terrorists got through while the US Air Force was off chasing down someone who had stolen a pig?
No, this little liberal and former soldier is not cool with this, not one tiny little bit.
Sometimes.... they fall out of the sky too...
