They already did this. 30 times. And it didn't go anywhere on those times.

They KNOW this won't go anywhere. They've ALREADY voted on this. The ONLY reason they are doing it is because they want to use taxpayer money to whine about the law they don't like. If democrats did this, the republican pundits would slam them to the ground for wasting time and money which could be spent getting the country back on its feet.

What do conservatives say are the most serious problems facing America?
    1) Illegal Immigration
    2) The Deficit
    3) Unemployment and Job Creation
    4) Moral Decline

How does voting THIRTY TIMES to repeal ACA help ANY of those? It won't go anywhere, and they know it. Why don't they get off their butts, stop pouting, and actually try and RUN THE COUNTRY?

Or do they realize that tackling real problems is *HARD* -- but attacking a phantom demon like *death panels* is easy? After all, if the GOP had actual solutions in mind to any of those things listed above, they'd have offered them already.

ACA may not make things better, but trying to repeal it yet again won't fix things, either.

I'm reminded of that old joke: what's the difference between a legislator and an unemployed person? The unemployed person is at least *trying* to work. Right now that applies full force to the GOP: they ran on a platform of job creation, but now they're running *from* any attempts at job creation!

Isn't this was Congress is supposed to do . Make law?

If our elected leaders see a failed law, they should change it or remove it.

I am so glad that the nations business is so straightened out that the House of Representatives has nothing better to do but take their time to introduce, debate and vote on a procedure that goes no further then the House of Representatives. Another jewel in the crown of Speaker of the House John Bohner.

The MAJORITY of Americans want this abortive, job-murdering, bureaucracy-laden law repealed! PERIOD.

What part of that don't you understand, Senate Dems?

62% of all Americans don't like this "tax law", so Congress is only doing what their voters want. This was shoved down our throats with little regard to the American public feelings. Thanks OZbama/Pelosi/Reid's stink tank.

Not sure what the question is about...Is it fair or foul that there was a vote? To allow the majority to win? That those who don't WANT it keep fighting for their freedom to choose? Help me out here...thanks!

Of course. Any properly exercised Congressional Vote is fair.

It sure is amazing how many Republicans hate Mitt Romney's ideas, isn't it?

It's not a tax, it's a tax credit, don't have HC Insurance, you don't get certain deductions. The IRS is responsible for overseeing it. The "penalty" is not getting the tax credits.
