It's already happened to me, and, yes, it is sad. Annyway, your comment came across as a little abrasive, as if you were advocating agism. I felt the need to reply. It just seems like many 'adults' are only furthering the gap unnecessarily when applying agism to a possibly educated teenager's comment. If adults want more educated teenagers, they should actually give them a chance.

I completely agree, although in this day in age, with everything being controlled by the older generation, it is very hard your a young persons view to be heard for what it is, if at all. I respect your comments and, I apologize if it seemed abrasive. I was merely making a point and wasn't intending for my comment to incite an argument.

I was not referring to the person who created the question, I was referring to the comments above by the 16 female. Yes I can read, despite what many think about MMA fighters we do have some intelligence left after each punch we take. I'm sure the man you are referring to knows what he is talking about. Raves are honestly premature and have no place in this environment. There are many on this Soda Head that live for the whole rave thing, mainly followers and individuals with no self esteem, people that need to be recognized with some type of trivial achievement. You people know who you are; those of you that create your own circle of friends and block users that have different opinions than those of your circle and yours. You people belong on MySpace, that's where all of the kids and otherwise sick individuals hang out to send each other little un-educated and otherwise meaningless messages about how your day went and so on. This forum was created for one purpose, to discuss issues amongst adults with brains and the forum was to welcome people of all backgrounds, religions, and otherwise a place where people can come together and express their real feelings and opinions about the various issues whether you are for same sex marriage, racism, or even abortion and not be judged or out casted because you gave your honest opinion. After all isn't this an opionated driven forum?

i rarely downrave,or uprave for that matter.I honestly could care less about raves,i prefer discussion.I am still new to this site and haven't caught all of your comments about the president, so i will just say this,everyone has a right to voice their opinions, thats why they are called opinions,and while we most definatly won't agree on everything, that is what makes this site fun!!!
