We have read of Janet Napolitano's tendency to favor ladies with liquor licenses before.

I wonder if the courts will treat lesbian sexual discrimination cases the same as they do heteros.

Oh yeah--that's why she said that people who were for smaller government, who championed the 2nd Amendment, and who were dissatisfied with Obama were likely domestic terrorists. That sounds like the kind of "fairness" only a tyrant could really get behind.

Seems like there are two issues. First, cabinet secretaries have the right to appoint whomever they like as there senior advisers--that's been true back to 1789. Second, did the offensive sexual behavior take place? At the moment this sounds like griping by someone who lost out in the interoffice politics, but he will have his day in court and we'll have to see if he can substantiate his claims with more that just his own assertions.

While there is evidence to support this claim, there are homosexuals that do not engage in bias. We have seen many cases of heteros that abuse their power for sexual favors (mostly Democrats).

I don't care who she has sex with. I care about whether she can behave like a professional.

I highly doubt it. It is just like the tendency of the courts to favor females (in heterosexual relationships) when it comes to domestic cases.
