out for President Barack Obama at a Los Angeles fundraiser.

names present Monday night at the Fig & Olive restaurant included
actors Eva Longoria, Gina Gershon, Jack Black, Danny DeVito and Rhea
Perlman, director Judd Apatow and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin.

DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg introduced Obama.

About 120 guests paid $17,900 each to attend.

Jon Landau, who produced "Avatar" and "Titanic," told reporters Hollywood is still very positive about Obama even though the rest of the country may not feel the same way.

The president asked the crowd to renew their support and said, "Don't get tired on me now."

Boycott Hollywood..simple they're losing their money without us paying rent movies,go movies etc don't watch it at all...and when we see Hollywood walk on red carpet don't show up just holler at them Booo and throw fruit at them..we are tired of Hollywood have their high times...while they can't help us We the America people and dang we help them to be famous by watching their show...

I'm sure Hollywood stars will help Obama with some really nice campaign commercials. They will take Obama's record and make it look like a miraculous accomplishment unparalleled in the modern era for awesome perfection. Undoubtedly many will be won over by Hollywood as it points the way to Utopia. Chairman Mao, Stalin and Jane Fonda will all be smiling but Charlton Heston, Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope, Jimmy Stewart and Clint Eastwood will not.

He'll always have the support from those whose ego couldn't fit in a dump truck with a brain the size of a lithium battery.

They take on some 'cause' believing that anyone will seriously give a squish, 10 minutes after they're pushing daisies.

One thing for sure, his list is shorter and the $$ are a lot leaner this time around.

I believe it is Sean Penn that wants us to never drill ofshore as it is too dangerous to the environment and can cause Oil disasters.

Ignorant to the fact that over 3000 barrels a day are now, and have been for centuries seeping from the Ocean Floor less than a mile offshore from his multi million dollar mansion.

And Hugo Chavez and Iran are in cahoots. Iran has build Missile Bases in Venezuela, armed with missiles that can reach US soil. We better hope Boykin is wrong.

LOL I also have free choice my friend additionally I am capable of thinking logically. If it is permissible to boycott hollywood actors (and it is) then it must be equally permissible to boycott commentators. If not then one is not thinking or acting logically. I am only pointing out a logical fallacy. And I welcome all kinds of differing opinions but I don't hesitate to disagree with them when I believe them to be wrong (something that cons hate about me) nor will I hesitate to point out hypocrisy (something that many cons also hate about me). The fun fact is that I will also point out libs when they are acting hypocritically, it's fun to be shunned by both ends of the spectrum. Then I only have to deal with those in the middle who actually think critically.
