House Republican aides tell the Post that leaders will bring the vote to the floor Thursday, the same day the the Supreme Court is to rule on the constitutionality of Obamacare

I hope we make history this coming Thursday and deal Obi a double whammy. Maybe the rest of these Commies will fall in line...emphasis on "fall".

I think this is a mistake and hope they delay this a week or so - some GOP think this will be good for them and I do not believe it is. I think Obama and his administration want this issue because it takes the eyes off the economy and jobs - it is a mistake to give it to them.

Why you Rep Issa have not started impeachment proceedings against Holder is beyond me. Are you Rep Issa afraid that the Senate won’t have a trial or is it the Speaker stopping you from doing what is right? How much longer are the families of Agent Terry and Agent Zapata going to have to wait for justices? Remember not complying with a subpoena and or withholding evidence both are crimes and impeachable offences.

I'm not entirely sure of this. But, it seems to me that holding him in contempt may be a step toward impeachment.

Since the Senate must also vote on the contempt of Congress charge which we know that would fail it seems and unnecessary step. Unlike contempt of Congress charges with and impeachment there's a trial and testimony.
