Holder is right. It would be a Constitutional crisis------------------- it would be the first time an Attorney General of the United States was impeached and sent to jail! He's running scared, folks! Obama is not known for backing his friends! U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was back on Capitol Hill Tuesday in part to discuss the potential contempt charges threatened against him, which lawmakers say stem from the Justice Department’s lack of cooperation in the investigation of the failed federal gun-walking operation, Fast and Furious.

However, Holder now says he is willing to work with Republican lawmakers in order to avoid the charges – or as he called it, the “impending constitutional crisis.”

During the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Holder for the DOJ’s (Department of Justice) stance on the recently leaked wiretap applications relating to Fast and Furious and whether his department was willing to provide additional documents. Surprisingly, the attorney general seemingly extended his hand to the GOP saying, he is prepared to make “compromises with regard to the documents that can be made available.” http://www.theblaze.com/stories/holder-calls-contempt-charges...

We can never stop until this administration is prosecuted for crimes against the American and Mexican people.

While truckloads of corpses and dozens of severed heads are found on a daily basis 0WEbama and Holder obviously supported what is happening in Mexico by making the drug cartels more powerful by arming their troops. Make no mistake the drug cartels are run as a private military force.

What compromises? Seems to me that there is no compromise when it comes to subpoenaed documents. "Here's a subpoena, hand over the documents." I do not believe any one is worried. The republicans are a bunch of pussies and the powers that be within that party are telling them to not do it. As always the republicans will cave and the democrats will walk....

So lets go ahead and create that crisis and impeach his rotten ass. What is really sickening is that Alberto Gonzales was forced to resign for what ended up being nothing in 2007 by the Liberals. Now we have this asshat that his office ran a gun running program that led to the death of a border agent and they all support him. 2 agents shot a drug dealer and they get jail terms. WTF. His ass needs to go.

How so? The attorney general has turned a blind eye to the misdeeds of people because they followed the same agenda, and for that he's being impeached. That is the checks and balances in action.

Plausible deniability. It made "another" arm of the admin responsible for going after political enemies. And gave them an "official" was to investigate others under the guise of "criminal" activity.

The House should vote on the contempt charge for Holder. If the majority agrees, that's it. Get on with it. If the House votes and does not hold Holder in contempt, then that's that.

It seems to me that 18 months of stonewalling is enough to call it contempt. Missing subpoena deadlines by months is enough to call it contempt. Giving congress the middle finger is contempt in my book. But what do I know?

Let the House decide in a vote.

There Should Be A Warrant Issued For Holder --------- Accessory To " MURDER " !

We can only hope that he is found guilty of all charges , prosecuted & then sent to prison at the same time obama will turn his back on him & hopefully Holder will blow the whistle on obama on a few things & then he can be held accountable for his miss justices of failing to comply with the oath of office he swore to uphold in front of millions !!!!
