With the way this was handled, and the way the 2000 presidential election was handled. I think we need to stop making other countries become democracies ,and start fixing ours.

you are right..but the way to do that is to make sure we defeat Obama.. that means we have to vote for McCain.. if we just write in Hillarys name, it will count for Obama in some states..

The only way I will vote for Obama is if he has Hillary as his running mate. I definitely wont vote for McCain, because he is no different from Bush. I would love to see Hillary run as an independent, but being the Vice President would be the next best thing. We love you Hillary!

  • Tina awefwa June 20, 2008 14:28:59

I don't believe his is a terrorist, my decision to not vote for him is based on his qualifications. He does not have the experience needed to run this country effectively. We went through this similar situation when Reagan was in office - our economy was in a recession. It took Bill Clinton to take over after Reagan/Bush to fix what 12 years of the republican party messed up. Hillary has that experience. Obama does not. To accuse him of terrorism is wrong, use the facts, not your emotions.

The back slashed treatment that Senator Clinton received will surely damage the Democratic Party. It was obvious who they were behind. The DP is all about democracy..What a joke! I will campaign against Obama til the end.

I was a Democrat also, but my husband and I went to our town hall and changed to Independent on June 4... We were so disgusted by the way the nomination was handed over to Obama by the superdelegates... Everytime Hillary won a state, more delegates rushed over to Obama... Our vote didn't matter... What is going on in this country??? The Democrats are so stupid, they deserve to lose.

Obama beat Clinton on EVERY front. While it is true that she won all the swing states except for Missouri, she did NOT win the popular vote, nor did she win more states than Obama. Nothing was stolen from her or taken from her. She lost; it is that simple. If you care at all about her policies or her vision, you will vote for the candidate closest to her on the political scale, and that candidate is Senator Obama.

While in the Senate together, Clinton and Obama voted the same 90 percent of the time. McCain's numbers aren't even close. I am absolutely dumbfounded by you and voters like you. I truly wish I understood your voting criteria. It is quite apparent that you don't base your vote on a person's stance on issues or his/her policies. If you're happy with business as usual in this country, you should have supported McCain from the beginning. If you're not, you should really reevaluate your choice because it seems to me that you're willing to cut off your nose to spite your face, a decision that is sad, immature, and, worst of all, ignorant.

That's a pretty big gamble. Remember, if you will, that "W" was elected to a second term.
