Even as the votes from the most recent election were still being counted, political commentators began speculating about who will run for president in 2016. In particular, many have become obsessed with predicting Hillary Clinton’s next move. But Clinton, who announced earlier this year that she only wants to serve one term as U.S. Secretary of State, is looking forward to taking a break from politics. In fact, she’s incredibly excited about the prospect of having time to watch home improvement shows.

Clinton told Gail Collins of the New York Times that her favorite show is “Love It or List It, in which a couple who are unhappy with their current residence gets to look at new houses while a decorator rehabs their old place. The plot arc is always the same, and in a way, it’s sort of Clintonesque. The redecorators find termites or a leaky furnace; the house search goes awry. Everybody’s upset! But after a lot of hard work and the final commercial, there’s a happy ending. ‘I find it very calming,’ she said.”

According to a poll by Public Policy Polling, if the Iowa caucuses were held today, Clinton would get 58% of the Democratic vote. Joe Biden came in second with 17%. As of now, Clinton will not confirm that she’ll run in 2016, but she won’t deny it either. We'll just have to wait until Clinton is done watching some HGTV before she tells us what she's going to get up to next (professionally).

I enjoy them too.. mostly HGTV. There is something very satisfying about it. I also like seeing "Hoarder" shows, since there is (generally) a positive outcome. (I personally like doing organizational work).

Maybe Hillary Clinton will become a carpenter. I doubt Hillary will run for President in four years, but can see Hillary being another Martha Stewart; her own show with ladders, hammers, drills and nails.

There's a lot of cleanup needed in this home ... the one that was trashed and burned by the terrorists while American citizens were begging her/Obama for more security/help .... why isn't she being made available to testify .... stop hiding Hillary ... come forward and tell what you know .. the truth is trickling out slowly by way of emails you/others received, so you might as well.... or are you gonna play a Bill and say it all depends on what the meaning of is.. is...

No. And who cares what the politicians watch unless of course it's that right wing propaganda machine known as Fox "news"? And speaking of women candidates for 2016, I'd suggest looking at newly minted Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren because anyone who scares the crap out of Wall St is a keeper.
