Here's how to save our country from illegal workers from anywhere in this world.

Here is part of a line from a very good Conservative friend of my here on S.H.
We have a lot of good debates whether we agree with one another or even disagree at times. We are always sound and respectful of one another and always try to get answers that will further our better sides of our friendship...This is one of those further answer moments.

Here's is a peak at a line he made in his statement and how I answered it but it inspired me to come up with a real sound answer...but the intresting part is found in my last parts...on how to deal with the problem of illegals.





He said; We concentrate on the Hispanics now because of the numbers and the open border. This is just one line from his answer that was a reasonable attempt on his part about how he seen things with llegals.

and I said to him;

Okay right there...but you will not see it...that's a racist profile view...now why do I say this?...because you are totally blind to it and unaware of it...you didn't mean to put it that way or mean it to be racist...but step back and look at it and you will realize how American born Hispanics can see that statement you made being a racist one towards them. If you wore their shoes.....

And here's why....We don't really know the number of illegal whites in this country...you never hear anyone speak of it in a way like..." Boy ; we gotta start rounding up all of those millions of illegal white people here"..nor do we hear get those millions of illegal Asians out. The point is that it's so relaxed to be an illegal white or even Asian. It's so relaxed that nobody can put an actual number on these illegals because nobody white in America cares about profiling them....it's only those from south of the border...or look like they are from south of the border. Understand what I am pointing out?...It's not a cut on you....

The only latest profiling added to this Hispanic profiling is now people that look like Arabs...

Now here's my solution.................................

So that's the problem...I see it clearly...because I am an American born Hispanic...

So IMHO the Supreme Court really needs to come up with a better law...


So hows about this one?...My solution to the illegal problem.....

People in every State who have private businesses should be the ones subjected to random Federal government checks to see if they have any illegal people working for them from any Country...if they do then that private business pays a major high priced fine for every illegal they have. Then the Federal Government Immigrations Dept will send everybody in that place back to their country of origin...with the money from the fines taken from the American businesses that hired them thus; using those fines paying to send them back home without our Government or taxpayers money.

(This sounds so good that I am gonna send this post the Obama Administration)..


Now if this is done...then nobody can complain that the Federal part of our Government is not doing their jobs. Of course this also protects the one's that are working here from other counties with legal papers with correct dates and time of stay.

With this type of system in operation their is a very low or no chance of racist profiling and it's fair to everyone in our multicultural Nation....

So remember, your answer or opinion has to be based on my solution...the upper part of the post was just an opener to show have this idea came about...
