Here is a question for everybody: What is the job of the government? #1) PROTECT & DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION? #2) CREATE MORE PEOPLE TO BE DEPENDENT ON THE GOVERNMENT FOR THEIR SUSTENANCE?

    SOME OTHE REASON

The self-appointed job of government is to entrench and expand it's power because they say so and they have the power to do it. Smash the state.

It is now a fact, that those in government says what ever they do, it's constitutional

I like the ideas in the constitution, but it's time to face facts. It was a well-intentioned experiment that failed. The US Constitution is only a piece of paper with ideas written on it. It doesn't grow fangs and attack people when they don't abide by the concepts written on it and it isn't a mystical object.

Government is the problem, not who's in it.

You speak as if the GOVERNMENT is one giant blob. similar to Jabba the Hut. And it cannot be controlled by mere mortals, like us. The government is made up of people like you and me, and we put them in there. It will be up to all of us to get rid of all these people in GOVERNMENT, I'm including these unelected bureaucrats that are deciding for themselves what is constitutional and what is not.

In a way it is. It's a matter of the structure of the system. Government only provides one unique thing that cannot be found in other parts of life. This is indisputable authority. People who are attracted to indisputable authority as a job perk are well-intentioned fools at best and are far more often control-freaks, opportunists and megalomaniacs. These are not the kind of people you want to hand absolute power to, because they WILL abuse it. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. What's to stop them from taking all the others powers they supposedly don't have when they have the powers of coercion and force?

    PROTECT & DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION

This is what every politicans have forgotten, as soon as they "SWEAR" on the bible, to defend and protect the CONSTITUTION. Why, you ask? Because if they do that, they will never be re-elected again. These politicians aren't stupid. They know full well that in order to get re-elected, thay have to provide for all of these people on the government "TITS".

But this does necessitate a Constitution that actually serves to protect the people.

Start with this, only the basic:
