It is clear to me that Barack Obama does not understand what Insurance is. He must think that Social Security is insurance.

Insurance is all about assessing risks and calculating what the expenses would be for a risk group to reimburse them for their losses according to their contract.

Barack Obama wants to make them write the insurance without adding cost due to the extra risk for people with pre-existing conditions. This means they will go out of business, leaving health insurance to the government, just like Barack wanted in the first place. Of course, everyone will have to pay, or maybe just the "rich", but everyone will feel it is one way or another.

It will be redistribution of wealth. Is that a communist or a socialist idea. It certainly isn't American.
