If our representatives in Washington are so worried about "WE THE PEOPLE" having great health care,why not just enroll '"WE THE PEOPLE'" In The exact same health Care they recieve,for them and there families.No need for thousand pages or reading as they know what coverage we will have.

The health care they receive is really not all that different than what you get, with one big exception. Members of Congress get the same choices for Health Insurance that every Federal Employee gets, which means they get to pick what is offerred IN THEIR STATE. As you might have heard insurance companies are protected against competition by getting an exemption from the anti-trust Sherman Act, which means they have almost no competition in 94% of states.

Now for the exceptions. Since most Congressmen actually live in Washington D.C., they get to pick among a switchboard of competing plans, and guess what? Washington D.C. is one of the few places in the country where the insurance companies ARE competing against each other. The other exception is that they can get free care at the nearby Naval Hospital at Bethesda, Maryland.

In short, that is what the current health care reform is trying to get us - something very similar to what Congressmen currently have.

You as I know that our representatives are representing the Insurances, no proposed bill is dealing with cost cutting with in the medical field. Hospitals, medical equipment are so badly inflated that 90% of the people can't afford to get sick, we can't afford to find out why we are sick, because the insurance will kick you out before you get well. And not one proposed bill is dealing with this. "COST" is what health care reform is all about, but these monopoly health insurances will not be changed. Without an option of choice we will have the same as we have today, insurance have been telling Doctors if you are worthy of help, "they have been playing GOD with us" and we have let them.
There is no quick fix to health care, in the last few years the cost has ballooned and quality of health care has declined, medicine has sky rocketed. Pregnant women don't get the care they need, elderly people are dieing faster then they should because our Government is more concerned about corporations profit then they are about the people that need health care help. The old Robin Hood theory in reverse is doing very good of robbing the poor so that the rich can get richer. This Country is not by the people, but is run by the rich and their Lobbyist!

Our Government knows that, as long the people are call each other names and fighting between parties and keep us divided they can do what ever they want to. A divided Country cannot stand and will continue to decline to a “mob rule Government” which can never work! Just look back 5 years and tell me that this isn’t so, {forget about what party is in power}.

To reform health care we have to look at everything within it not just the Insurance part, it cannot be fixed bit by bit and insurances is just a small part of a very big problem! SORRY FOR BEING LONG WINDED!

They refer to themselves as the "Cognosciente," and as such they consider themselves elite over the "COMMON" Citizen.

They pass Laws that are calculated to be chaffing, heavy loads .. .. .. and exempt themselves from subjection to those laws.

They take from us, and give back just enough so that we do not rise up and revolt .. .. .. and call themselves our "Benefactors."

They have conveniently forgotten that they are elected to serve the Nation, rather than being elevated to a High Place of Honor so as to be served.

Remember, Lawyers Rule the Government, and now think they Rule the Rest of us.
This isn't about HealthCare, it's about controlling the PEONS lives.
Did you see now they have already started thinking of the tax/penalty phrase of this "HealthCare" by charging up to 50% more for smokers, and fat people. They want to control you and ALL of your habits, likes, and lives through controlling your HealthCare.
So if these @$$holes decide they want to cut meat from our diets, they will impose a Hefty Premium charge to your HealthCare.

Politicians do not care about our health. Follow the money. From the start this has been all about growing SEIU into the largest union of bureaucratic workers in the world. They will stuff money and votes into Democratic pockets forever.

Why do you think SEIU was busing people into townhalls? Why was there no real debate about other options? From the start this has been a money and power grab.
