CAUTION
In 2003, Thomas Emil Sliwinski was charged with criminal endangerment for having sex without consent with his young stepdaughter. He pled guilty to this charge and the plea agreement required Sliwinski to attend sex offender treatment. He was also charged with tampering with physical evidence after it was learned that he had destroyed evidence and Sliwinski was convicted of this charge. Sliwinski was given a five-year suspended sentence for both of these convictions.
Sliwinski was later kicked out of his sex offender treatment program. As a result, the Lewis and Clark County Attorney in Montana filed a petition to revoke Sliwinski's probationary sentences. Sliwinski also failed to register as a sex offender. A hearing regarding the petition was to be held on September 2, 2004, but Sliwinski failed to appear. A warrant for Sliwinski's arrest was issued on September 2, 2004, by the Montana First Judicial Court, Lewis and Clark County, for revocation of his suspended sentences for the underlying felony offenses of criminal endangerment and tampering with physical evidence. A second local arrest warrant for Sliwinski was issued in the same jurisdiction on September 9, 2004, for bail jumping. On September 13, 2005, a federal arrest warrant charging Sliwinski with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued by the United States District Court, District of Montana, Great Falls, Montana.
At the time the state initiated its prosecution, Sliwinski reportedly practiced polygamy while residing in a remote area between Helena and Great Falls, Montana, where he was "married" to three persons.

A state arrest warrant was issued by the District Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas, on November 30, 2004, after Barroso was charged with rape. Barroso was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Western District of Arkansas, and a federal arrest warrant was issued on February 1, 2005.

Rex C. Reichert is wanted for the alleged sexual abuse of two juvenile males, ages fourteen and ten, over a two-year period at his apartment in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Reichert had cared for the boys while a relative was receiving medical treatment. The boys also visited him on weekends and accompanied him on camping trips. On September 28, 1990, Reichert was charged with criminal attempt with intent to commit the crime of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal solicitation with the intent of promoting or facilitating the commissions of the crime of involuntary sexual intercourse, indecent assault, corruption of a minor, and endangering the welfare of children by the Collegeville Police Department, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 31, 1992, a federal arrest warrant was obtained for Reichert after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Roy Stephen Hyatt, a registered sex offender in Florida, is wanted for allegedly possessing child pornography. In December of 2003, a computer, numerous disks, videotapes, and numerous reels of 8mm film, were discovered at Hyatt's residence in Bradenton, Florida. The items found allegedly contained child pornography.
A federal criminal complaint was filed in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, charging Hyatt with possession of child pornography. On May 13, 2004, a federal warrant was issued for Hyatt's arrest.
Hyatt has an extensive criminal history, including an arrest and conviction in Florida in 1996 for lewd and lascivious acts upon children.

Additionally, he enjoyed riding dirt bikes. Brantz rarely sought medical attention and was missing half of his teeth. He always wore large eyeglasses. In the past, Brantz was known for working "under the table" for cash and not applying for benefits. When he worked as a heavy equipment operator, he usually operated a crane and most likely worked in a scrap yard. Andrew J. Brantz, a convicted sex offender, is wanted for child molestation in Arizona. In January of 1986, Brantz was convicted of molesting a family member, who was under the age of 15. Brantz was charged with one count of attempted sexual molestation, and one count of dangerous crimes against children. The incidents, which took place over a period of 5 years, occurred when the female victim was alone with Brantz. The molestation involved Brantz fondling the victim inside her clothing.
After serving 6 months of his 5-year prison term in jail, Brantz subsequently received life-time probation for the above-mentioned crime. After his release from prison in 1986, Brantz allegedly molested another family member under the age of 15. He allegedly fondled the female victim underneath her clothing, and the incidents were reported to authorities in 1991.
A state warrant was issued on May 26, 1992, by the Superior Court of the state of Arizona, County of Maricopa, after Brantz violated his probation. On February 3, 1999, Brantz was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, District of Arizona, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest. Additionally, on October 6, 2006, an absconder warrant was issued for Brantz by the Superior Court of Arizona, County of Maricopa. Brantz was last seen in 1992 when he left his Arizona residence without notifying his probation officer.

Grant is charged with nine counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under fourteen years of age, two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child who was 14/15 years old, and two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under fourteen years of age by the use of force, violence, duress, menace, and threat of bodily harm. These charges stem from Hudson's alleged sexual molestation of a young female family member which occurred over a period of approximately eight years. Hudson has also been charged with failure to register as a sex offender. A federal arrest warrant charging Hudson with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on March 31, 2006, in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco, California.

He was located and arrested on March 12, 2005; however, after posting bond, Lopez failed to appear for subsequent court dates. William Lee Copp is wanted for child pornography offenses which occurred from the late 1990s through 2004, in Englewood, Florida. Copp is alleged to have used his credit card to subscribe to a web site which allowed him to access child pornography. Copp allegedly downloaded child pornography and saved it to his computer and disks.
Copp was charged in a 126-count criminal complaint and capias by the 12th Judicial Circuit Court, State of Florida, for obscene material possession-possessing a photograph of the sexual performance by a child (child pornography) in violation of Florida State statute. Copp was scheduled to appear for a court proceeding on February 2, 2006, in Sarasota County, Florida, however, he failed to appear. He also was scheduled to appear for his trial on February 6, 2006, at the Circuit Court, Sarasota, Florida, however, he failed to appear again. On February 7, 2006, a state warrant was issued for his arrest.
In addition, a federal arrest warrant was issued on February 24, 2006, by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, after Copp was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

He was originally charged in 1982 with three counts of child sexual abuse, including lewd or lascivious acts with a child. He was subsequently arrested, but posted bail and never appeared in court. At the time, Laguardia was on probation for child physical abuse charges. A state bench warrant was issued on March 2, 1983, by the Riverside Superior Court in California after Laguardia failed to appear for a hearing. Laguardia was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a warrant for his arrest was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on November 1, 1996.

Poteat failed to appear for his jury trial on October 19, 1999, and a local warrant was issued for his arrest. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, on July 7, 2000, after Poteat was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Curtis Lee Brovold is wanted for his alleged sexual activities with a 14-year-old Minnesota girl whom he met on the Internet in February of 2000. Brovold is alleged to have communicated with the victim mostly via Internet for approximately six months. Then, in July of 2000, Brovold allegedly flew to Moorhead, Minnesota, met the teenage victim, and engaged in sex acts with her at a local hotel.
Brovold was arrested on July 11, 2000, and released on bond. However, Brovold did not appear for his court hearing which was scheduled for September 18, 2000, in Clay County, Minnesota. That same day, a state arrest warrant was issued in the State of Minnesota, Seventh Judicial District, after Brovold was charged with criminal sexual conduct. Brovold was charged subsequently with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, State and District of Minnesota.

On February 21, 1992, Anthony Kendall Dewater, a teacher's aide at an elementary school in Salem, Oregon, was charged with nine counts of sexual abuse in the first degree for allegedly fondling multiple students over a six-month period. He was found guilty of seven of those counts in the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon on July 31, 1992. On November 2, 1992, the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon issued an arrest warrant for Dewater for failure to appear in the first degree. On December 22, 1998, Willingham is alleged to have tied up his girlfriend in her bedroom at her residence, and proceeded to the next room to rape her daughter. Willingham's girlfriend managed to free herself and went to the aid of her daughter. However, Willingham allegedly brandished a knife and forced his girlfriend back into her room. He then returned to the room of his girlfriend's daughter and allegedly continued to rape her. Willingham soon fled the residence.
On March 4, 1999, Willingham was indicted by a Tate County, Mississippi Grand Jury for statutory rape and kidnapping. A federal arrest warrant was subsequently issued after Willingham was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

On January 20, 1999, a ten-year-old female resident of Seymour, Indiana, was allegedly abducted at knife point outside a local girl's club and later sexually assaulted. After the molestation occurred, Hollin reportedly made the victim leave the car naked, and her clothes were thrown out of the car after her.
On February 3, 2000, an arrest warrant was issued for Charley Hollin in the state of Indiana, Jackson County, for two counts of confinement and three counts of child molesting. Additionally, on April 5, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Indiana, after Hollin was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Dieudonne also failed to appear for trials, which were scheduled for October 20, 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and November 3, 2003, in Chicago, Illinois.

CAUTION
In 2003, Thomas Emil Sliwinski was charged with criminal endangerment for having sex without consent with his young stepdaughter. He pled guilty to this charge and the plea agreement required Sliwinski to attend sex offender treatment. He was also charged with tampering with physical evidence after it was learned that he had destroyed evidence and Sliwinski was convicted of this charge. Sliwinski was given a five-year suspended sentence for both of these convictions.
Sliwinski was later kicked out of his sex offender treatment program. As a result, the Lewis and Clark County Attorney in Montana filed a petition to revoke Sliwinski's probationary sentences. Sliwinski also failed to register as a sex offender. A hearing regarding the petition was to be held on September 2, 2004, but Sliwinski failed to appear. A warrant for Sliwinski's arrest was issued on September 2, 2004, by the Montana First Judicial Court, Lewis and Clark County, for revocation of his suspended sentences for the underlying felony offenses of criminal endangerment and tampering with physical evidence. A second local arrest warrant for Sliwinski was issued in the same jurisdiction on September 9, 2004, for bail jumping. On September 13, 2005, a federal arrest warrant charging Sliwinski with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued by the United States District Court, District of Montana, Great Falls, Montana.
At the time the state initiated its prosecution, Sliwinski reportedly practiced polygamy while residing in a remote area between Helena and Great Falls, Montana, where he was "married" to three persons.

On February 21, 1992, Anthony Kendall Dewater, a teacher's aide at an elementary school in Salem, Oregon, was charged with nine counts of sexual abuse in the first degree for allegedly fondling multiple students over a six-month period. He was found guilty of seven of those counts in the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon on July 31, 1992. On November 2, 1992, the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon issued an arrest warrant for Dewater for failure to appear in the first degree. A complaint was authorized and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, charging Dewater with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution on July 22, 1993.

Willingham's girlfriend managed to free herself and went to the aid of her daughter. However, Willingham allegedly brandished a knife and forced his girlfriend back into her room. He then returned to the room of his girlfriend's daughter and allegedly continued to rape her. Willingham soon fled the residence.
On March 4, 1999, Willingham was indicted by a Tate County, Mississippi Grand Jury for statutory rape and kidnapping. A federal arrest warrant was subsequently issued after Willingham was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Charley Hollin is wanted for kidnapping and child molestation. On January 20, 1999, a ten-year-old female resident of Seymour, Indiana, was allegedly abducted at knife point outside a local girl's club and later sexually assaulted. After the molestation occurred, Hollin reportedly made the victim leave the car naked, and her clothes were thrown out of the car after her.
On February 3, 2000, an arrest warrant was issued for Charley Hollin in the state of Indiana, Jackson County, for two counts of confinement and three counts of child molesting. Additionally, on April 5, 2007, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Indiana, after Hollin was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Dieudonne also failed to appear for trials, which were scheduled for October 20, 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and November 3, 2003, in Chicago, Illinois.
