Every year, December 31 rolls around and I’m forced to acknowledge that I’ve spent the entire month eating tons of cookies. After I acknowledge that my eating habits have been awry, the realization comes that I need to eat salad, cut out the high-calorie cocktails and work out every day for the next year. I try to cut back and work out, but a month later, the old habits return as quickly as they left.

As soon as you do the thing you resolved not to do (maybe February) you end up feeling guilty about it.
If you resolve to DO something, you have a full year to achieve your goal.
I suck a hands XD
2- To spend less time on the internet and that means SH too and put priorities first.
3- Never give a man too many chances when it's obvious he'll never change.
4- Avoid like the plague a man who plays head games.
5- Don't trust a man who doesn't keep his promises and his word. He is a waste of time and a liar.
6- Drink lots of water and stay on a healthy diet to avoid kidney stones again.
