The latest recession has caused many changes in how people live their
lives. People are foreclosing on their homes yet still need places to
stay; college students who are unable to find jobs after graduation need
a place to live and someone to help support them.

Just how many people have either moved back in with their parents or started living with other family because of the recession.

It's difficult to really comment on this where I live. The economy is booming in West Texas thanks to the energy boom. The problem we're having here is too many jobs and not enough labor to fill the positions!

Never left. I stayed to take care of my parents for a while and to bide my time with the economy, but in my case I think it's time to head out. While in general I think multi-generational households are good, there are exceptions to the rule.

I haven't been able to move out yet because of after collage it's been hard getting a job, and because of that I have to keep the house clean, do yard work

and since I have a job now I also have to be paying on my loans and what I owe to my parents which it doesn't help when its at minimum wage 16 hours a week(still talking to the supervisory for more hours hopefully for a total at 30-40 hours)

I's more like I never moved out because I can afford a house and still be able to save up enough money to go to cosmetology school.

Yes , my daughter son in law and grandson are back with me , but don't mind at all . I'm a single dad and its cheaper then a babysitter . They are both in college she cooks and cleans and he takes care of the lawn and repairers around the house . Bad part is its making me fat lazy and on here all the time . I need a life .
