Maybe it is just me but I do think the right is in the habit of being more vitriolic, nasty, insulting and crude. Not that some lefties don't do that but there are much fewer of them.

Well.....what I think is that the big cylinder that is the upcoming election is compressing all those little molecules in to a tighter and tighter space until someone injects fuel and we have ignition.

Not really, but then again I don't feel obliged to read everything that comes through the system. I'm sure there are some that showed up in 2008 and vanished only to appear again now. Contrary to some on here, I don't have a problem with blocking someone I find to be offensive.

Many would say that I am one of those extreme right wingers. But it easy to be there as both parties in the last few decades have moved to the left. Believe it or not I use to be a democrat and they left me, so I started voting Republican. Then they left me. So now you can call me a Tea Party person. The Republicans are trying to say they got the message, but who is running for us, Romney. Not exactly what I have in mind when I think of what the party use to be. The other party should adopt a red flag with a hammer and sickle.

Today we choose between the Dem-Rep monopoly or the Libertarians. They seem to want ballots with D or R or L printed on them, I wish otherwise because it would demand a little more thinking from voters.

We had I think 5 different parties on our primary ballot. I have seen as many as 4 on the normal ballot.

Well, not exactly taken over. They are just squeaky wheels hogging the grease. The rest of us can and should have our say and if we get shouted down or otherwise flamed just shrug it off. Everyone is intitled to express an opinion.
