Have you heard; GEORGE Zimmerman is back in jail again? Can we trust Zimmerman? Will Will George Zimmerman get out of jail after $135,000 lie? get out of jail after $135,000 lie?

It was on the New's in Miami, he was re-arrested, for lying to the Judge about his Financial condition. He was talking to his wife in code and they discovered the lies.
His wife may also be in trouble for lying. They have over 200,000.00 in a fund set up for his defense from the internet. Now that money is going to be held in trust and set aside so they can't get their hands on it, In his position, Lying to the courts, is the worst thing this young man could have done!
George Zimmerman's attorney says he expects to file a motion Monday seeking a new bond hearing for Trayvon Martin's shooter, who surrendered to authorities in central Florida after a judge revoked his bond.
Wearing a button-down checkered shirt, blue jeans and sneakers, a handcuffed Zimmerman was escorted by two deputy sheriffs from a white minivan into theSeminole County jail Sunday afternoon. He did not answer shouted questions from reporters as he was led inside the jail to be booked, photographed and processed.
The former neighborhood watch volunteer is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting February of Martin, an unarmed black teenager, in a gated community in Sanford, outside Orlando. Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty, claiming he acted in self-defense.

No, He is a liar and can not be trusted.+5Bad move Mr. Zimmerman, trying to hide financial assets, playing fast and loose with the Judge and courts, This will certainly hinder any credibility with the Judge, Courts and potential jurors! What was this guy thinking or was he just like the night he Killed Trayvon Martin.

Apparently he was told to surrender his passport. Because he had two of them (his original and the replacement he obtained when it was lost but then found again), but he surrendered only one of them. Question: How do you "forget" that you have an extra passport, especially when the Court orders you to surrender it/them? You can say that, in the stress of the situation, you forgot about the duplicate. But I would have a hard time buying that. I know where my passport is and I would certainly remember that I had a duplicate if I had one and was questioned about it by the Court.
It's been said that he had over three months to flee if that was his intent. Once the story hit the media, Mr. Zimmerman became probably the most recognizable face in the Country. If he had tried to run he almost certainly would have been recognized and apprehended. And I think it's safe to say he knew that. The fact that he didn't try to run is not necessarily evidence of his reliability and credibility. Especially if he was wearing an ankle bracelet. (I presume that he didn't start wearing that until after his first arraignment. There would have been no legal reason for him to wear one before being indicted, and, until he was finally charged and arrested, he had no reason to flee since he didn't think he was going to be charged.)
This is the first I've heard of a FB PayPal Acct being set up for Mr. Zimmerman's defense. The proceeds of which are being held to be used only for his defense. I'm sure that's the case now, but was it like that at the time of his first arraignment when Mrs. Zimmerman said they had no money? And the big question is/was who is the Administrator of that Acct? Who decides and controls how those funds are to be distributed and when. Do the Zimmerman's, in fact, have access to the funds or not.
Common sense tells me that if the Zimmerman's absolutely could not access that money, his lawyer would have made that point at the bail hearing and it should have swayed the Judge's ruling. Of course, for all I know, he did but it wasn't included in the video clip I saw on yesterday's news. (And we all know how much we can and can't rely on network news for the whole story. They're pretty much as reliable as the internet when it comes to getting the whole picture.)
Common sense also tells me that, of the thousands of dollars that have been and are being donated for his defense, not ALL of it is going into that Acct. Some of it is, or was, anyway, undoubtedly going directly to the Zimmerman's as cash and checks. Again, shaking their credibility when they say they have no money.
So, I'm not ready to say that that Mr. Zimmerman absolutely can or cannot be trusted, but I also believe that he shouldn't be released until the trial.
Do you know when he physically obtained the second one?
He would have been gone, long ago and has shown no indications of doing so.
He's been on a 'ankle bracelet' monitor and calls the Seminole County Sheriff's office on a daily basis as well.
The Sheriff said this morning that he has kept in constant contact and the Sanford Police have said the same thing.
Besides, Detective Gilbreath has already admitted under oath that the prosecution doesn't have a scrap of evidence that shoes Zimmerman initiated the altercation, or have any proof to dispute his claim that he was walking back to his vehicle when attacked.
They have the burden of proof and in reality, don't have a manslaughter or even a stalking case.
This will never go to trial.
Those funds were not legally at his disposal to use for posting bail.
It will never get to a full trial. Mark O'Mara is going to absolutely shred DeeDee's story about the phone call and this will get tossed out of court during the preliminary hearings.
People are going to be pissed, but that's the way it will shake down. They simply have no case.
His bond was revoked and he returned himself into jail, pending another bond hearing to DETERMINE if anyone lied, committed perjury, misrepresented.... etc.
His fb Pay-pal account specifically stated that the funds collected on that site would be used ONLY for legal fees and living expenses.
The family was asked about their financial ability to post bond. The Pay-pal account was even brought up at the first bond hearing and Zimmerman's wife indicated she didn't know what the total amount collected was.
Ability to pay isn't supposed be a factor anyway, when determining the amount of bond. Past criminal history, repeat offenses, risk of flight and the nature of the charge, are.
Another chapter in the dog & pony show, where the prosecution doesn't have a case for Manslaughter, much less Murder 2. They don't even have a case for stalking or any other crime they could charge Zimmerman with. Fact is.... he didn't violate any laws.
But i think after lying about the amount of money in his bank account and about his possession of a second passport that he shouldn't be trusted.
Why wasn't Zimmerman arrested immediately after the murder?
Why was Martin's body left in the morgue for three days?
Why didn't the police check Martin's cell phone for recent calls & Contact List to find his next of kin?
The man was arrested and is standing trial, leave the rest to the judge and jury.
He has never run from the beginning, reported to the police when this bail was revoked, and there is no reason to think he will now -
What was he thinking?
Let's bounce your head off a concrete slab for 45 seconds and perhaps that will help you formulate an answer.
