I was gang raped by "friends" of my sister and badly beaten... I did not know what to do so I hide and my sister and her "friends" moved out of her apartment and I don't remember anything for about two weeks when my Father came and found me..... my parents never asked me anything about it and I really don't recall much about my life for the rest of that year.
My sister does not recall the incident.
I was 12 years old at the time!

Yes - but I feel I came out ahead. I realized at the time that the !#$!#$ had violated my physical self - and whether or not he violated my psyche was up to me. So I di a lot o sel talk as I showered again and again and decided I was washing every bit of the SOB out of my life with the water going down the drain. I got a bit of therapy and have been okay ever since. :)

My son was. He was hit by a driver that ran. It was the first year in CA
that it was considered a violent crime. He is crippled from it and got no money from the guy as they never caught him. Thank goodness CA
made it a violent crime and helped with some of the hugh hospital bills that is insurance didn't cover.

SOME TEENAGERS WERE OUT FOR A JOYRIDE AND TRIED TO RUN ME AND MY HUSBAND OFF THE FREEWAY SEVERAL TIMES LUCKEY THERE WAS SOMEONE WATCHING WHAT HAD HAPPEND THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY GOT THERE RIGHT AWAY.
