Before President Obama had even been sworn in, Rush Limbaugh was expressing the hope "that Obama fails." Since that time, Republican politicians have done salmost everything they can to block his initiatives, whether they be for job creation, health care, or the environment. Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell even said that the top goal of the Republican Senators was to keep president Obama from having any chance of winning re-election. SInce that time they have blocked a great many of his initiatives. He ran on "Change" but has little "change" to show after three years. Have the Republicans succeeded?

He's done it all on his own since he always gets his way.

(Of course you'd use ThinkProgress, owned by Soros)

No one can make you think, say or do anything without your permission.

Obama has failed on his own merits!

The Senate is Dem controlled and till 2011 they owned both houses and got nothing done!!

I think he could have accomplished a lot more in the two years he had a Democratic majority in the House and Senate. As it turns out, he has broken promises that he made as a presidential campaigner. I think his so-called failures were actually deceptions.

Ask Wall Street. They think Obama has done a good job considering what was inherited.
Ask Al Qaeda. Ask the BLS: another big drop in job losses announced today. What's that - 23 months in a row.

Not yet, but we're going to make sure he fails at socializing our country and forcing people to lose their liberties and freedoms.

Other than the extension of George Bush's Patriot Act, what freedoms and liberties are you talking about? If one is the "indefinite detention" provisions of the NDAA, I am with you on that. But Democrats tried to amend the bill to take that out, and Republicans voted down that amendment. They are to blame for that part of the bill. And had he vetoed the Defense Budget, wouldn't you have criticized him for that?

Being free means having the opportunity to work hard in order to earn the money and gain the personal property necessary to reach a goal of having a good life. Obama has put fear into the small business community, therefore we are not hiring. He plans to tax small business owners that are the backbone of America as far as employment.

ObamaCare will impose enormous taxation on all working Americans. The confiscation of even more of a person’s net revenue strips away that person’s freedoms. It is as simple as that. Less income, less freedom of choice.

Next we have the food police out telling Americans what they should eat as this administration adds taxes to products Obama doesn't agree with.

There is little doubt Obama wants the government to control our lives. More people are on welfare now than ever before. Our debt is out of control. Obama needs to get out of our White House.

Very few small business owners make enough to be hit with higher taxes. And the proposed increase won't kick in on your first$250,000 in PROFITS. If your profit is $300,000, you might be looking at an extra $1500 in taxes. Is that really so much that you will not grow your business?
If you are making a million dollars a year, the proposed millionaires tax would, if enacted, mean that you would have to pay at least as high a rate as the average. I that unreasonable?

Of course we make over $250,000 a year. Get some facts.

The Bush cuts lowered the top rate from 39.6% to 35%, for incomes above $311,950. Lets say your taxable income is $500,000. That means you are paying 4.6% less on about $188,000. You save $8,600. If that cut is cancelled, will you decide not to grow your business?
